Very good shredder
This is a good shredder. The only downfall so far - if you accidentally touch around the outside of where you're feeding the paper it stops shredding instantly. I would say its a little over sensitive. So I've learned to keep my hands away from the top of the machine.

Great Upgrade From My Previous Shredder
Wonderful small cuts. Easy operation. Safety lights to guide use work well. I love the Jam resistance feature. Runs quieter than my previous shredder. The bin is a little hard to empty.

So far so good
Have only had this about a week, which is why I gave mostly 4 stars -vs- 5. So far it works well, no jams. The indicators are so intuitive you barely need to read the instructions or see the video on how it works. It's a little slower than my older Fellowes cross cut model, but you can shred more at one time. A
