Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product...Delivers Superior PerformanceThe Fellowes C-120Ci 100% Jam Proof Cross-Cut Shredder is a fantastic shredder for our office. The previous shredder we had was very slow and would jam up frequently. When it was time to replace it, we chose to upgrade. After pouring over numerous reviews for cross-cut shredders, we chose to go with the Fellowes C-120Ci, and we have not been disappointed! This particular shredder not only shreds documents quickly and thoroughly, it has not stalled or jammed up once in the four months since it was purchased. It is very easy and safe to operate, and the energy saving feature is a nice addition. The slim housing unit of the shredder makes for a good fit into a small corner of our office. The large capacity shredder bin, which conveniently holds shredder bags, does not have to be emptied nearly as often as our previous shredder required. This shredder may be a bit more expensive than the usual run-of-the mill shredders, but it is a high quality product that delivers superior performance.

It's better than the one we had before and I'm sure it will still be working when we close the door.The way it works is really cool and it is attractive too. The guys I work with are in awe because a Fellowes beats them all. I'd recomend the brand to anyone and I'd tell them that working it is lots of fun. Thanks for your products they are really neat and as I said before they can't be beat.
