Easy to install and upgrade. Removed a few screws and existing memory and installed new modules. Had to reboot twice for it to recognize the new memory but works like a champ.

The memory is fine, but I wish they would make their G5 laptops available with 32GB RAM so I don't have to throw away 2 8GB chips and purchase these two 16's.

Memory is fine but sales team did not do as i asked.
The memory work fine but it isnt quite what i had asked for. The unit came with 16 and i wanted 32. Sales sold me another 16. When we went to install it had 2 8s in it so i couldn't go to 32 without replacing both 8s.

Dell recommended Wrong MHZ Memory for laptop
It was the wrong MHZ for my machine and it did not recognize it, although the Dell representative said it would work, it does not. So it has been returned...waiting for my credit to arrive on my CC!

Good business laptop
I bought this laptop because the price was hard to beat and Dell being known for their business support. I like the display nice and bright. I wish the keys on the keyboard were a little bigger, the back light on the keyboard is great.

Although quite a bit more expensive than buying the Ram through a third party, the ram works very good. Personally, I’d rather pay more and upgrade with authentic OEM parts verses buy cheaper generic parts from a third party.

Incompatible Memory Recommended by Dell Sales
This lowest possible rating is for the incorrect (that's being charitable representation on Dell's website and literature and by Dell Support and by Dell Sales that the 7510 Precision Mobile Workstation with i9 processor is compatible with this 3200Mhz memory. This memory is NOT compatible with the machine noted. Eventually, following call after call after call to Pro Support among other Dell representatives, presenting MY research and suspected technical problems TO Dell instead of the other way around, Dell FINALLY, reluctantly, much belatedly confirmed that in fact the memory is NOT compatible.
Most likely this memory is absolutely fine in machines that are ACTUALLY compatible with this memory. The many many hours and months wasted trying to make this memory work in my machine, on the phone for hours with Dell again and again, then having to return the memory and getting ZERO feedback on whether it was received and when I will receive my credit, is just one long, unbelievably unsatisfying, unprofessional, unacceptable, disappointing experience. I've been a faithful Dell customer and advocate for more than 20 years as a technical professional. I'm asking myself why I should ever buy another Dell machine. Buyer Beware - Don't trust everything you read or are told - even by official Dell literature and representatives. This is no longer your father's (or mother's) Dell.

RAM upgrade.
Doubling RAM with this upgrade, made a real difference when editing & rendering my videos. Very easy to fit with no technical knowledge, just follow the online user manuals etc. Double check with Dell to ensure you purchase the correct upgrade and that your device / operating system will accept increased memory.

Overpriced for performance, and my dell laptop limits the ram speed to 2666 mhz. Why even buy better ram if its limited by the hardware?

This memory gave my laptop new life
My laptop had slowed to a crawl. My original 4GB of memory and Solid state drive of 500 gb were maxed out. I bought this memory to replace my existing. . I followed video instructions and it plugged right in and booted right up and I mean boots up fast again.
It runs like a new machine again and only for the cost of a couple of parts on sale at Dell. :)

Dell products continue to provide a consistent positive experience.
Opening an Alienware laptop to upgrade the memory is nothing the inexperienced should consider. Watch some videos. That said, this memory came right up with no issues. The system saw it, and it ran at the proper timings and clock speed. I thought for sure I would need to fiddle with the bios based on reviews of many after market upgrades. Im very glad that I can trust Dell to help get the correct parts. Dell's chat support was very helpful as well steering me away from a part that wasnt explicitly stated for use with our laptop but 'should' work based on the specs. He informed me that it would work but I would not run at the clock speed we wanted. Sure enough he was right, and steered us to this stick of ram. Im very happy with my upgrade, and at the time it was only slightly more than other brands that may or may not have worked based on all the specs that would need to align.
