Very Good and quick service
The thing you have to know is that it is if you are cloning your current computer's hard drive and you buy the one with Heatsink, you will need to get one that can handle the larger size or get the cloning enclosure that you insert from the top. The insignia from Bestbuy woundnt work. and the Sabrent one I had to kinda of put new hard drive in but it wouldn't shut all the way but it did copy over.

Not Able to Clone System - Not Acceptable
Seems fast and stays very cool. Acronis software could not clone my existing C:/ drive using Windows 11 version 23H2 version 22631.2715 would not format nor produce a boot-able clone. Data only!

Easy Upgrade
This product was very easy to install and is working great. My kids were thrilled to see so much space on the PS5. They often fought for space and would upset each other over game deletions to install others. This solved the issue and we see no noticeable game performance changes. A big win for our home.
