Crucial configurator for hardware has always been correct, even when the manufacturer States that the hardware would only accept smaller sizes.

Couldn't be happier.
Being a graduate student, I use my laptop to run a lot of things at once, so extra RAM has been a necessity for a long time. It was easy to find it through the website, and all three were easy to install. It worked immediately. I would happily buy more the next time I need some.

I has 12 gb of memory on my laptop and it was maxing at 10 gb memory usage. I upgraded to 32gb memory and performing lots better.

Scanner was wrong could not use this product
a waste of my time and money . It's just too bad their scanner program got the number of slots my laptop had wrong . it would have been better to suggest a single 32 gig stick

Memory great; scan showed i had 2 slots, but have only 1
The memory itself works great and I'm glad to have it. But the scan software, which showed my correct laptop model, indicated I had two slots for memory and that I'd just be adding the new 16GB to my machine with 8GB already installed. Unfortunately, I had to replace the single 8GB card with the new 16GB card. I may have only ordered a 16GB, but I also might have ordered a 32GB card (I did see many folks saying that they were able to get that working with the exact same model of laptop).
