Never again
I have several of these printers placed in an office environment. Really liked the price point and the fact that they have full ream paper drawers. That is where the likes end. These printers are not that old and already problematic. I am constantly replacing OEM drums that are dumping toner on prints or producing poor, barely legible prints. These drums show more than 50% life left on status pages. Brother is no longer a brand I would even consider for an office environment not even a fan for home use anymore after the experience with these supposed "business" volume models.

This printer gets the job done quickly and is very reliable.
I print thousand of copies for my AP classes and this printer has been a great time saver. It is fast and efficient. Toner costs are less than toner I bought for my previous machine and it holds an entire ream of paper.
The only complaint I have is that it prints the back page upside down when duplexing. Other than that, it is a reliable workhorse.

Large paper drawer!!!!
The paper supply drawer holds an entire ream of paper (500 sheets. Uses inexpensive toner cartridges that yield an impressive number of pages each. Print speed is remarkably fast and duplex and wireless make the printer comparable to much more expensive office laser printers. If there ever was a perfect laser printer, this may be it!

Warranty Replacement
Went very smoothly. The FAQ and the support suggestions did not help if it does not come out of the failure message and mode.

Great printer
So far I am enjoying the fast and reliable printing of this device. I have only had it for about 2-3 months, but it has worked fine thus far.

Great Value!
Brother monochrome printers are terrific. Great longevity, ease of use, connectivity and all for reasonable prices. Shopping at CDW was a breeze and the printer arrived quickly and overall, it was a pleasure. Look forward to my next purchase!

So far, flawless
So far, so good. Printing is crisp. Time to print from a cold start is completely acceptable. Holds a ream of paper. Did not have to install a new driver on desktops. WiFi printing from multiple computers has worked. Noise is moderately high but substantially less than the comparable Lexmark it replaced. No duplexes jams yet . Claims ability to print from iOS devices with app, although I haven’t tried that feature yet.

Good office printer
I have had this printer for about four years. It served it's purpose well while I had it. I do large amounts of printing for the real estate industry and this printer definitely held up to the capacity. The last year though I did have problems with it crinkling the paper during two sided printing. All in all I recommend this product it did last me four years before I had to replace it with yet another Brother product.
