What do you like best about the product?
Box has a simpler and more user-friendly ecosystem, which permits the upload of files in a more organized and easy-to-locate way. Also, the option of signing documents is beneficial when it comes to having a bunch of people sign a document and not needing to send individual emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that it takes a little longer to upload files, compared, for example, to OneDrive.

Very easy to use, user friendly and intuitive and secure.

Id like to see a button where from the online browser it takes you to the finder in your local machine! that would be amazing!!

I can store any document in the box storage. It's great for sharing open and private documents with my fellow employees.

The software is user-friendly and provides free cloud storage, allowing you to upload files and data effortlessly. By storing your content remotely, it helps free up valuable space on your device, making it easier to manage and access your files anytime, from anywhere

There is nothing to dislike, its just sometime the software has bug of not responding. Other than that everything works good
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Box for a couple of years now, and I really like it. I actually started from the beginning when they were offering 50 GB of free space for people who were joining. What's interesting is that after so many years, they didn't cut this. Big like for them. Other than that, the platform has anything you'd need to do your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using a normal Box account, and sometimes I find it quite slow. I have a 1 Gbps fiber optic connection at home, so this is not the reason why it's slow. But to be honest, it's free and I don't care if I need a couple of seconds more to upload a file to the server.

I've never experienced a data breech with Box and the way files/folders are organized makes for a very clean UI experience. Download and upload times are also very fast.

I have no complaints so far with this product.

Box allows users from different organizations share and collaborate on documents remotely and acts as a central repository for teams. Compatible with Microsoft suite which is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality is not great so it can take a while to find the right file unless you remember the specific name of it. There's also a size limit with the free version of the software (which is expected), so if you're using files that take up a lot of space, you're going to run out of space quickly.
