Too expensive, lower prize suggested above.
Great speaker and easy to operate but it's expensive. I suggest $249 - $279 is the perfect prize and very affordable xmas gift.

Great sound - complicated set up
Great sound - set up too complicated. No connection, no cast, no Alexa, no BT seemed to work at first, came back later & BT was working, still trying to get the Alexa skills to work, that should be simple, I'll figure out casting some day.... Don't over assume what it means when you pay this much for a product that claims to be "Smart". That said, it is Bose and the sound quality and volume are very good
