This 16K VA UPS is a workhorse. We installed it for a large manufacturer and was easy to get it up and running. Factory provided start-up, so there was no problem. Rock Solid!

Solid UPS
Bought this in 2018 (3.5 years ago). It powers my mission-critical 24x7x365 workload in my datacenter--VMware, ERP system, etc. It's been 100% solid with no problem.
I added an external SBP16KP APC Service Bypass Panel, which I'm happy I did so the UPS can be worked on, including powered off, without interrupting power to the load.
Only needed to contact tech support once, to discuss renewing my support, and the engineer was in North America, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions the first time.
The web interface is simple and easy to use.
