cable out of specification
the cable is too short by 5mm and pins do not fit properly as a result, must open unit and try to stretch to get ability to insert pins

Our APC Battery Backup and Power Conditioner has been a lifesaver for our electronics. We have a lot of "brownouts" where the lights don't go out but just dim which is so hard on all of your electronics. Replacing the battery was super easy and took less than 5 mins. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Connector too short When I tried to plug the battery cartridge into my J15BLK it wouldn't fit. The cord going to the connector was just barely too short. I ended up taking apart the old cartridge and using that connector. If I had it to do over again I would just order the two individual batteries and replace them.
