Does what it should
Where I live there are random power outages that are sometimes initiated by the utility company, which can results in a few hours without power - not long enough require a generator, but long enough to make it inconvenient if I want internet access. I’ve been very happy with my APC Backup unit that I purchased years ago, so when it came time to replace the battery, I didn’t want to mess around with any third-party replacements. I wanted the real deal straight from the company. The battery is priced fairly, and delivery was prompt.

A quality replacement battery
One of my many UPSs reported a bad battery. The replacement battery costs quite a bit compared to purchasing a new UPS, but I didn’t want to be wasteful, so I opted just to replace the battery.
The battery installed easily, was a perfect fit and the UPS is now back in service. No problem!

Reliable Battery
This replacement lead acid battery easily plugged into the UPS chassis and was easy to handle. Lifetime was just over 4 years, as expected.

Make sure you know how to install.
Great product and the instructions for installing it are very poorly written. The red side goes with the black plug and the black plug goes with the red side which is not explained.
