The fans are very loud so I rarely turn them on as the sound is very annoying. Pity to use the cooling pad just as a pretty stand for my laptop.

Faulty product
First one broke less than 1 minute after plugging it in - fan fell off. Replacement sent and it arrived broken - fan was detached when I took it out of box.

Eh...
Good for the price. Fans are attached by a magnet, maybe?-and one of them will not work as much as I've tried. But for the price, its fine, nothing amazing.

Great product at a good price
I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. It is the perfect size for his laptop, and it does a good job keeping his laptop cool. I like the red outer color, and the blue lights around the fans.

There are some sharp edges because it's metal. It's uncomfortable to hold on my lap. It does keep my laptop cool and I'm glad I purchased it.

Early Product Failure...It just stopped working!
After 2-3 months it stopped working. The fans no longer rotate to create the cooling necessary. As it was after 30 days, I get no refund.

Fantastic sturdy cooling fan for laptops
It fits my wife's laptop perfectly and it keeps her laptop cool.It used to warm her laptop if she left it on. It turns itself off if use use a USB port on the laptop.The USB adapter plugs into the laptop but the adapter has a male and a female USB option so you do not lose space for other attachments to your laptopGrumpy3127

Great Product
I purchased this product after the service tech that was working on my Laptop noticed it was running slow. He told me it would speed up my Laptop as well as prolong the life of my computer. It has definitely made my Laptop run faster. I guess time will tell if it prolongs the life of my laptop.

Cooling Pad
Just installed the Cooling Platform today, which is a no brainer, easy. Just plug it into a USB port and you don't loose the use of that port either. It appears to have solved my cooling problem. The fans are quite and I also like the raised typing platform.

HP laptops seem to run extremely hot and the fan burns out. This cooling pad is an excellent option to keep the laptop cool. Really quiet running.

One of the fan not working
One of the fan not working out from the packaging, I opened it and found that the wires is broken, I had to solder the wire back (and now the wires are too short and I had to removed it from the support rib and reroute the wires.
