Great (but not perfect)
I bought this for my wife. She has found it particularly nice for on-the-go work (email, MS Word, MS Outlook/Teams, MS PowerPoint, video calls) and solid protection for her iPad.
The one criticism is the Bluetooth connectivity. It is brittle. I have had to re-pair the keyboard multiple times because the keyboard stops responding or cannot re-connect when the iPad is activated.

Good Purchase
I had orders this Slim book over 2 year ago and it held up exceptionally. I had to purchase another one because my kids demolished it. I wouldn’t recommend letting kids use the iPad with this on but for professional use it’s perfect.

The Slim Book Go for iPad Pro is just amazing. I previously had a similar product that cost well over $100. My Zagg Slim Book Go out performs, looks better, and costs less. From the great keyboard to the stand that is adjustable for the iPad, the product is well thought out, well made, and well used. Love it!

Excellent Protection and Support
The Slim Book Go is my second product. I purchased the same one for my iPad Gen 1. This has all the same features as before, slim design, excellent keyboard and holding place for Apple Pencil. All of these features were on the top of my list and they are superior.

Great Combo. Protective and useful.
Needed a case to protect iPad and encourage apple pen to stay in place. This is perfect and the kickstand and detachable keyboard is a serious bonus.
The backlight on the keyboard is perfect for low light use and pops off for note taking or switching to keyboard connected on hub. Got one for 12.9 coming.

I would like to thank Zagg for one of the most important products in my life; it has been a hard worker since purchase. My only issue is with their Rugged Pro edition which I had purchased before; I had to replace it twice because of a defective hinge to use it on my desk. I need a case that handles frequent, daily use, and was worried I might appear to abuse your warranty on the third unit which was sadly disposed of. Hopeful that this will endure longer, but we’ll see.

KEY FUNCTIONS??
To power off the 11 in. iPad Pro requires that you hold two buttons at the same time, i.e.., the Power button and one of the volume buttons. To the best of my knowledge, the ZAGG Slim Book Go keyboard’s “Lock” key does NOT support shutting down the 11 in. iPad Pro. It will not turn off the iPad; it only turns the screen black. Is there a keyboard function for powering off the device? Also, is there a keyboard function booklet available?

It did not fit my iPad nor was there a charging cord for the keyboard. Needs to be returned however no paperwork came with it so I have no idea what the order number is to return it..

Keys erratic
Typing results became erratic after a few days. Typing resulted in skipping around and multiple letters. I was also surprised that this did not include a track bad. I switched back to my Logitech keyboard.

Not worth the money
You can find several cheaper cases that provide more value than this case. The biggest downside to this case is the lack of a trackpad, and the design of the case to allow the pen to charge and a storage place, it makes the case larger for no reason.

I love my new slim book but the shipping suck I got it 3 weeks after the first confirmed date and that’s only because I took a chance and went to fedex yard to see if it was their and the girl in the office said it was on the dock and the box was smashed but, the slim book was about ok.

Amazing in Every Way!
This has got to be the absolutely best case ever (without a track pad). The keyboard feels fluid and smooth and responds perfectly. The backlit options are a nice touch. They’re not extremely bright, but they definitely “shine” when you get in those lower light conditions. The magnetic lock between the keyboard and case seems really secure and strong. I don’t ever seeing these two coming apart unless I decide to separate them! And the kickstand...I can’t say how amazing this thing is! So many other cases give such limited movement for the iPad, really maybe giving 2 or 3 positions. This kickstand is really strong and reminds me of a laptop screen - I can adjust it back and forth in almost any angle.
Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention when I bought this and accidentally built the generation 1 model. I have the iPad 11 Pro from 2020 so I need the other model instead. However, now that we’re waiting to get the correct model case back, we have realized even more how great and versatile this case is...we are really missing it while waiting for our new case to come.

Keyboard wasn’t working
The case itself was ok and material is fine regarding the protection matter. But, unfortunately the keyboard wasn’t working and it doesn’t come with a charging cable. They charged me to get a replacement and to send back the defected one. The worst experience ever.

Don’t buy
You would think I would learn after 4 of these keyboard cases, but alas, I haven’t. The magnet that connects the keyboard to the iPad is useless. Any little movement and it separates. It is so annoying. This is a new wrinkle of this keyboard. The keys have a mind of their own. Hit space bar once and it jumps two spaces and same thing happens to the delete button as well. It is most annoying to be typing and you look. Up and there is a. New sentence started as. Evidenced in the last. Part of this review.
