Pleased with the product but not the delivery.

Very easy to install.
This new ink cartridge is not as large and bulky as the former. Less bulk in the trash can after replacemnet and less bulk in the mail.

Xerox Work Centre 6515 black toner cartridge
This was a horrible purchase. It says that it is for 6515, but it will not work with my printer. Cannot review it if it is not the proper one for my printer. Will not get another one from here again.

First experience with a new Xerox 6515. Toner was easy to install with no leakage, etc. So far so good without any demo, setup, or instructions from either Xerox or you as may supplier.

This XEROX machine sucks. It keeps on giving error messages. To print you have to click on 20 different things. The tray is hard to get to. It is complicated to use. And it is not good.

If your a person that has unlimited time to problem shoot this printer with foreign supporters on the phone this is your printer. This printer has been a pain in the but! All it seems good at is letting me I have an errors when trying to print a simple document. Uugh sending this piece back to where it came from.

The perfect machine
This machine, with W-F should be in any small office..and probably large ones as well. I choose Xerox after a couple of cheap clinkers that cost an arm and a leg in ink.. This baby is the best...and the one service call I got was smooth and seamless.
Had it for a year. Spring for any service contract after the warranty expires. Worth it.
