Scanner Requires Computer Restart In order to work
I tried to contact support on this numerous times. Almost impossible to do. My scanner isn't listed in any of the product lists required. Bad product/service.

d35 scanner from
get error e4 and e6 everytime i try to scan
i can not clear the errors, and i have to unplug, restart, anything possible to clear it, than once i scan again, it errors.

Very disappointed
I've owned for about 3 weeks now and still can't get the d35 to give me one PDF. If I send 20 pages through I get 20 pdf whereas I need those 20 pages to be in 1 pdf. No help on any of the support pages so I sent a message through Facebook which has sent me to the support pages. Other messages are ignored. I'm hard of hearing so must ask for help via email. I'm going to try to get Amazon to help, if they are not able will likely send machine back within a week or so. PS: worked fine on single page pdf and is a cute machine which fits well in my apartment. Just sad it doesn't do multiple pages into one pdf.
