The SMX1500LCD SmartPro 230V 1.5kVA 900W Line-Interactive UPS provides battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, power surges and line noise that can damage electronics or destroy data. Ideal for backing up home/office workstations, point-of-sale applications, VoIP systems and small business networks, the SMX1500LCD switches to battery mode in milliseconds to keep your connected equipment running long enough to save files and shut down safely with no data loss.
Featuring eight IEC-320-C13 outlets and a C14 inlet that accepts a user-supplied AC power cord, the SMX1500LCD has a user-replaceable internal battery that provides 12 minutes of support at half load and 4.5 minutes at full load. It can also power an entry-level PC up to 60 minutes or a single DVR/VCR component up to three hours. A front-panel LCD screen lets you monitor operating data, such as voltage, battery and overload statuses.
Automatic voltage regulation (AVR) maintains 230V nominal output over an input range of 144V to 282V without using battery power. EMI/RFI noise filtering improves your equipment's performance and prevents damage. A 360-joule surge suppression rating protects your equipment from harmful power surges. USB communications port supports built-in power management and auto-shutdown features of Windows and Mac OS X or full featured monitoring and data-saving auto-shutdown options using Tripp Lite's free PowerAlert monitoring software.

I would buy this device again.
I use this device mainly for my router, NAS and 1 which I have yet to add and so far I still have good battery time to shutdown what needs to be shutdown. I wish there was some way I could use the onboard USB to shut down all devices but I have not found a way to do that yet. All in all it does a good job.

Avoid! Low quality brand! Buy yourself a UPS instead!
Produce a lot of heat, is very noisy and delivers less than the promised 1500VA. The heat has made some server components located in the same rack overheat. Moreover this UPS completely stopped to work close to the 2-year warranty expiry. Tripp Lite probably knows how bad their UPS are and completely ignoring all my RMA cases so that they don't have to give me a new UPS. I just bought an UPS from another brand (the brand i censored by the bot checking this review) and while I pay double price, it is really worth it: cool, powerful and reliable!

Neat product for home use.
I'm using the UPS at home. My wife is a college teacher and teaches 4 nights a week online. An instant power outage would be a disinter for her and her pupils - this will allow her to notify the students of the power issue and that they should monitor for further communication. I haven't yet tested a power outage to see how much runtime I get. Easy to set up and use. I don't like the fact that the monitoring app wont run on Windows 11. Lift your game guys.

Amazing value for the price
I am a musician and use this as a voltage regulator for some older gear (1959 Leslie Cabinet) that is finicky when voltage dips down. This solved my problem and I plud everything else into it making a great power conditioner. amazing value for the price. Very sturdy and well built. I couldn't be happier!

I purchased two of these units to power a couple of remote network switches in our church. These switches provide POE for several A/P's, a couple of POE security cameras and POE++ for a door access control. They do exactly what we need in case of temporary power failure.

es un equipo de tamaño practico, es una pena que no sea facil colocarle las orejas a ambos lados para hacerlo rackeable, pero como biene con patitas de goma. esta en la parte inferior del gabinete sin mayor problema

I would buy the 110 version of this product.
I can not give this product a review. the vendor we went through made a mistake and sold us a 230v for a 110 applications.
I would be nice if your product would display that it is a 230v system running on 110 input. We eventfully figured it out but it a message on the screen would have been nice.
