Works great
Works as advertised. Connected a second console using our building's built-in ethernet jacks and jumpered the ports at the patch panel. Tweaked the display settings and everything worked like a charm. We have another much more expensive extender also, and this one works just as well. Definitely recommend.

Works great, plan on getting more for other remote operation
It work great as soon as it was plug in, the second set that is. After having issues with the image on the first set I called customer service and we were able to troubleshoot over the phone for around ~40min. to determine I needed a replacement. Professional and attentive customer service was provided.

I will NOT buy this product again
I bought this based on tripplite products are usually the best products in the industry. However, this tool has what I will describe as a design flaw. The spring that holds the spare bit does not keep the bit secure. It will release the bit during normal use. And also the working end and bit design has a different mount than other brands. You cant use Tripplite bits in other brands of tools.
