What do you dislike about the product?
Many users have noted that the software tends to consume a significant amount of system resources, particularly when running scans or performing updates. This can result in slower performance, especially on older computers.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly dashboard. It gives a clear overview of all endpoints, alerts, and security status in one place. Even non-technical managers can understand it, which helps keep everyone informed about potential risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can be overwhelming, with too many alerts for minor issues. This makes it harder to focus on the most critical threats without filtering alerts manually.The software occasionally flags safe files or websites as threats, which can disrupt employee workflows and require extra time for manual verification.

Its a complete package to ensure protection of our users devices.

All features of Smart protection are good so far.

What we are using now is the Trend Micro Smart Protection for Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Protection with just these suites the details are very defined and the policy setup is quite granular and flexible which is the advantage of Trend Micro against the other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is quite high as they are doing the Credit Licensing scheme, how I wish they could just bundle it with their ASRM, Email Sensor, and the per-user count license so it would be easier to balance out while using their VisionOne as well.

The best thing about Trend Micro Smart Protection is the overall security protection to the information security infrastructure. Trend Micro Smart Protection provides the best protection to physical and virtual systems from malware and keeps the system secures. We can efficiently run a security check and monitor the system for any potential or existing cyber threats.

There is nothing to dislike about Trend Micro Smart Protection. The software protects the system from different kinds of cyber threats.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a fully integrated environment to detect trojans, viruses, and malware over your enterprise network. The beauty of this software is that it reports all the detected viruses and malware to the web-based server component, allows effective reporting of data through the web console. Furthermore, it protects a range of different spyware and password deciphering tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of this software is that it consumes a bulk amount of resources at the client system during a deep full scan of the system. GUI also needs further improvements. Also, updates are not regular, and it gets updated once in a very long time.

stay ahead of today's ever-changing threats, like fileless malware, targeted attacks, ransomware, and cryptomining.

we can't make a reboot to the remote desktop
