Symantec Business Critical Services Principal Business Critical Account Man

Business Critical Account Manager (BCAM) offerings may only used in conjunction with an existing BCS agreement. BCAM offerings are valid for use during the term specified on the Certificate ("Term"), subject to the requirement that Customer has a valid BCS agreement in effect at all times during such term. If the Term is either less or more than a twelve month period, then the number of work days included in each BCAM offering will be pro-rated based upon the actual Term. For purposes of this Description, references to "work days" mean a standard eight hour workday in accordance with Symantec's local business hours. BCAM time will be measured in fifteen minute increments and then aggregated into eight hour work days.
