Outer layer peels off
The outer matte layer started to peel off after 4-5 months. With the outer layer completely gone the case still works well and protects my phone against drops, but it's very slippery so I drop it a lot more. Going to get a new (different) case vs. going through the warranty process because I don't have all the information they require. Shame because I did like the case, but I've gone through too many screen protectors from continued drops to keep using this case at this point.

I love this phone case. The color is great and the quality is good too. It's already saved my phone a couple times. The only thing about it is that it doesn't have grips, so if you often drop your phone I would recommend going for the case with grips as this one is a little slippery. I love this case overall and would buy again.

To begin, I am a long-time Speck fan; I have purchased the Presidio Pro to replace my aging Presidio Sport.
The Presidio Pro is hands down my favorite case thus far, it is slim enough to slide in and out of the pocket but thick enough for a proper grip. My only complaint is that the case is a bit on the slick side, it is not nearly as "grippy" as the Presidio Sport.

Cracked screen
Have used the candyshell cases for years and have never cracked a screen despite dropping my iphone repeatedly. Upgraded to the presidio case and my iphone fell inside my car, no more than 1 foot, hitting on the top of the case, not on the glass, and I have a cracked screen. Definitely not the protection I expected from this case.

Sturdy but stains easily
Bought the Presidio Pro for my new iPhone 11 about 2 weeks ago. I searched for a thinner silicone type material case and this fit all the criteria. The color looks as advertised on their site, unfortunately after the first day of use the case somehow has a stain on the back from sitting in my purse. I can't figure out what stained it because nothing leaked in my bag and nothing else is stained. The material of the case feels very sturdy and the grip is what I was looking for, but since it scuffs/stains easily I think I am going to return it. Not sure yet if I am going to choose a different color or just a different case entirely.

I am very pleased with my Speck Presidio case. I got it on my iPhone the very moment I had unboxed the thing (the back of the device never officially touched my hands). The case ticked all of the boxes when I did my research: 1. It was largely impact resistant, 2. it had a grippier backing material. 3. It had a thick enough lip, that it could both protect the screen from table scratches, and give it a heartier in-hand feel. I really did do a lot of comparison shopping, and I have not been let down my my decision. It feels great, and slips in and out of my pockets without issue. Double thumbs up from me. I would handily purchase this case again.

I really like this case. I just got the iPhone 11 and I'm very clumsy so I wanted a case that is protective but cute. The case has a lip around both the screen and camera lenses. This is amazing because it does not allow the screens to actually touch surfaces. Also, this case is very durable and high quality with it being lightweight. Great protection, Not Bulky, Looks Good
It is definitely made to protect the phone. Not as bulky as an otter box case but I bet just as effective. It fits my iPhone 11 well and has nice grip. It doesn't slide in and out of my pocket like other cases, but it doesn't bug me much. I like it a lot!

Slim enough to feel like it doesn't add extra to the phone itself. The finish is slick enough to slide in and out of pockets. In hand it feels a bit smooth and perhaps more slick than I like. Haven't dropped it yet, though.

Great Good Looking Protection iPhone 11
Great case if you're concerned about drop protection. Add a glass screen protector and you're solid. It's not too bulky, but the thickness is enough to affect the charging of my phone on top of my clock radio. With the case on the connection doesn't quite meet for recharge purposes so I use my standard plug or remove the case at night.

This Speck Prosidio Pro iPhone 11 case is easy to put on and fits snugly. It's discreet but holds up well if you drop your phone and protects from the oh-so-awful cracked screen. It's rated for protection if dropped from up to 13 feet. This case also has a finish that's nonskid and won't slide off a table if bumped. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone who wants to protect their investment. It also has an anti microbial technology built into it which is really awesome. The case is sleek and soft to the touch. It holds fingerprints but that is a good reminder for us to clean our phones regularly. I've had it about two weeks and have dropped it a few times.. only small dings and the phone remained safe. Also, I tend to fidget with my phone and case, usually to the point that I weaken the bond of the case to the phone. But this case is so tight and sturdy on the phone that it doesn't allow me to fidget with it, thus protecting the case from its greatest threat - my fidgety hands and me! Nice product. Thank you.

I recently purchased the Presidio case in the pinky coral cover and love it! It's super easy to hold, has a nice grip and it still allows access to the side buttons without issue. I've had several other Speck iPhone cases and iPad cases and the quality is always great. Would definitely recommend.

I love speck since my first iPhone thats all I've ever used and I love the protection of this case but it shows hand prints which looks like grease ?? and wiping the off doesn't remove the prints. Not a deal breaker I'll continue to buy speck cases for all my phones!

Previously owned an Otter. This case got great reviews online so I went with it. It's a great cover, easy to hold (not drop!) and the color is not so 'pink' but more coral which suits me fine! UNBEATABLE after an UNUSUAL Drop!
The iPhone 11 is a unique breed. It requires some special handling because of the materials used to construct the phone. The Presidio Case is uniquely designed to keep those expensive items from cracking or even destroying your phone in an accident. My use of this product was to offset such an expensive repair cost to the iPhone 11. Only had the product for two weeks and have dropped it once only to have a sigh of relief to see that the phone was still in tact and no damage done to the phone itself. I would defiantly purchase this product again should I need this level of protection

I love the soft feel of this case and the general looks. It seems to be good quality and holds tightly to my phone. It is constructed in one piece but with both a harder shell like material in some parts and rubber like texture in others. I think it would protect my phone from a decent drop or impact. It does extend out just slightly past the camera bumps on the back so I know I can set the phone on a flat surface without them rubbing and scratching. My only caveat with this case is that it seems to stain fairly easily and fingerprints and natural oils do collect a bit on the case, although those do wipe off.

This phone case is amazing. The color is gorgeous! I got the blue one for iPhone 11. It's smooth and it looks so good. I only wish it had a little more grip to it but honestly I love it. Love the feel (slightly grippy and rounded edges) of the case, but the volume and other aide buttons were incredibly stiff upon purchase. They've seemed to soften a bit and I think I can live with it, but Speck should consider fixing this.

Doesn't Fit my phone well
The quality is good, but the volume button portion of the case fit too tight and kept my buttons semi pressed down at all times. I had to modify the case to prevent this from happening... too much of a hassle to return. It's odd because I've never had this happen before. Two Stars because the quality is nice, just poor fit at the one area.

I love this case! Honest to god its exactly what I was looking for, slim yet sturdy. It lowkey makes me WANT to drop my phone haha. The product that I recently bought from your company is great. It's light weight, made up of amazing quality and it helps keep my phone from being damaged! What more could I ask for? Yet another great speck product! The case has a very smooth feeling so it never feels sticky which I have noticed with a lot of other brands of cases. Also fantastic drop protection! I drop my phone practically daily and I've never had a crack on my phone with a speck case. The only downside of this case is that it shows scuffs and scratches on the back.

I have been an avid Speck consumer since 2008 when I got my first iPhone. At first I was skeptical of using this phone case due to the somewhat bulkiness it has, it's not extremely bulky but it is definitely noticeable. I love the color and slim hold given the protection level. I don't like that the hole for the charging isn't covered because the sharp edges dig into my pinkie finger when i hold the phone in one hand since my hands are smaller. They could have done better with that part of the design by making a removable cover, by rounding and softening the edges or taking away the edge and making it flush with the phone.

This is a very nice case. It goes on my phone easily and stays put. The texture of the case is probably my favorite thing about it because it feels good in my hand and slides into my pockets easily. I do drop my phone often trying to juggle a lot of things at once and multitask and so far, so good! Other cases in the past have either cracked or when my phone would drop, my screen protector would shatter. That hasn't happened with this case. It seems to obsorb a lot of shock where others don't. Great case!

This is my first Speck product, and I love it. I'm an avid iPhone user, and with the new iPhone 11 I planned on purchasing, I knew I needed a case to compliment the phone, as I'm often prone to dropping whatever phone I currently have. I received my Speck case a few days prior to receiving my phone, and once the phone came, it was easy to put on. After using it for a good 2 weeks or so, the case has certainly held its ground and has protected my phone every time I've dropped it. Again, great product! I definitely recommend it :)

Case is fine, but customer service is not.
I ordered this case online because I didn't think you could get into the Verizon stores. A few days later I found out you could and got a case locally. I called them and they said they haven't shipped it or processed the order, but could not cancel or modify online orders in any way. I would have to receive it and send it back. After several more days it finally shipped, and I sent it back. I noticed on the return sheet it says they'll refund minus shipping cost. I would have no problem with that other than I tried to cancel several days before they shipped and they wouldn't. They chose to ship it, they should pay shipping.
P.S Have used them for my last several cases, just needed a case ASAP. The cases are fine, but have a problem with the way this transaction went down.

I've had this case for a few weeks and love it so far. The finish is smooth and comfortable but also has enough grip to make sure it doesn't fall out of my hand. It does have a pretty significant lip around the perimeter of the screen, which increases the overall width of the phone more than some of the slimmer cases. For me, I'd rather have the added protection from the lip than an ultra-slim case. I've only dropped it once so far (~4 foot onto tile) but it held up great.

I'll start by saying that I am biased towards speck cases. That is the only kind of case I've ever used on phones and I've never had a phone break or crack. This particular case looks very nice and feels good in my hand. I do think that the anti-microbial material gets dirty faster than the old speck cases. Easy enough to wipe off any dirt for the benefit of the anti-microbial material.

This case feels great in the hand, the color is really pretty. Easy to put on and you can tell it's made well, my only reason for taking off a star is because it seems to be porous because finger print smudges or dirty don't seem to come off. My hands weren't particularly dirty and yet there are dark marks where my fingers rest on the back of the phone.

I love my new Speck case. I ordered it in the blue which is a really nice shade of blue. It's kind of a navy/cobalt look. The feel of the case is very nice. Just slippery enough to slide easily in and out of my purse, but not too slippery that it slides out of my hand. Although when I hold it outside on a hot day, I notice it does feel a little more slick. The case thus far has been very protective. It fits the phone well, easy enough to take off but doesn't feel too loose.

I have hyperhidrosis so my hands are practically always clammy which can be annoying on many shiny hard plastic cases. Because of that I often use Speck cases for their grippy feel. The soft touch/matte feel of this case doesn't disappoint. I'd highly recommend! I'd love to see it in more colors!!

While it's bulkier than the Smartish I also ordered and a feels a bit heavier on the phone, it also seems like it will offer good protection. My husband put this on his new Iphone that he got a few weeks ago and he says it is pretty durable. He tries to carry too much stuff at once and occaissionaly drops his phone. After spending so much on the phone itself, we needed something that would help protect it from shock, and so far with the few drops he has had, it has helped. He likes it because it is basic black and not real fancy, but suits his needs. Hoping he does not drop it a lot, but good to know if he does it will be protected.

Better Protection
This is my fifth iPhone and as many cases. There is nothing about this case I don't like. I liked my previous phones MAGPUL cases for their simplicity and durability. I hope I never have to find out but this Presidio Pro appears to be better protection than my previous cases.

Amazing product, worth the money!!!!
I love this case on my Iphone 11. The color is exactly what they said it would be. You can feel the protection when you have this case on your phone, and the feel of the case is so soft. I am so glad i decided to go with Speck for my phone case this time around. I love it so much, I am ordering one for my husband for his S8 for Christmas.

Less than 24 hrs after receiving this case I noticed that the outermost composite material started flaking off the case just underneath where the lock button is located. Probably just a defect in workmanship, but still there nonetheless. I do like the overall phone protection the case provides.

I will always buy Speck cases
I have always loved Speck products. When I had my 5s and later 8 plus I would always get the clear cases. Now that I have a black iPhone 11 I wanted a case with some color that's also protective. I found this blue Presidio Pro case and I love the pretty blue color. I also love that it has an anti microbial coating. For a protective case that also adds a burst of color, I would definitely recommend.

I'm a longtime speck user. Buy this cover
The cover is very durable and fits the phone perfectly. The soft-touch finish feels great. I've used speck covers on my iPhone 6s for years, and now that I upgraded to iPhone 11 I knew I had to get a speck cover. I'm confident the cover will protect my phone. I'll never use any other brand.

From my very first iPhone 4 I've a Speck case on all of them. They all hold up to whatever I throw at them. They all look and perform years after they were put on the new phones. This new Presidio Pro in Blue/Black looks to be holding that tradition. I am looking forward to having this on my phone until I upgrade.

This case is great! I love the feel of the material--sort of a soft, gel-like texture. The case seems secure thus far and definitely feel it was worth it. Shipping was fast, though I never received a confirmation email or tracking number...it just showed up three days after I ordered.

Too bulky but protects phone
I disagree with the reviews. I purchased this based on the high ratings and reviews I read. However, it makes my phone bulky and wider and in a strange way it even makes my phone much heavier which is weird bc when you hold the cover by itself it is light. Point is I am keeping it because even though it adds bulk, I am confident that my phone is protected and considering my phone is new and cost a lot... I will use this for some time and purchase a "fashionable" one at a later time
