Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around TVThis TV is great. We bought it on sale which makes it better! Haha. I didnt think the curve would be that big of a deal. But has reduced our glare at least 50%. The speakers are better than our old Samsung, not great but better. I have not found a flat panel TV with great sound yet (we have had probably 20 since they came out. Currently 7 in our house). The only think I would like a little better is the app menu for the smart part. Maybe I am doing it wrong, but we do watch a lot of appy type stuff. And the scroll across the bottom is dumb. This just isn't true for the average viewer. You have to get to a rediculous angle before the view degrades. Most people wouldn't be sitting that far to the side. This TV was EASY to setup. It guides you through and you can be viewing within a couple minutes depending on your service provider. The sound is good out of the box. I'm happy without a sound bar, but it would be nice especially if tuning into music stations. I have absolutell nothing negative to say about this TV. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice tv now that I got it set upI’ve wanted a curved tv for a few years now. I thought the curve would improve my viewing pleasure. I think it does. Almost like I have less eye strain. Maybe it’s just me. Maybe it’s because it’s a 65 inch screen(might be a little larger than I needed). Now that I finally have the picture tuned (almost) the way I want it. I have an older Samsung 42 inch tv. It was nearly the top end model about 10 years ago. People always commented on the picture. They always asked if it was a 3D TV. It isn’t, but the picture is very lifelike. I was almost ready to take my new 4K 65” curved screen back because I couldn’t get the picture to look the same as my old TV. I have them side by side and on the same picture. I figured the 4K would surpass the older one. Sorry, but picture on older one is still better. I have played with the adjustments for at least 3 hours before I got it pretty close. Other than the adjustments, I love the Smart TV features. I love the remote, I love the way that the main menu is set up. It is a little slow focusing and pulling in the best picture. It doesn’t like internet Chanel’s that have commercials. It has to refocus on every commercial and then again when the show comes back on. I think there is a very small gap from show to commercial and that makes it start over. There are no problems with the Samsung TV Plus app though. It’s pretty smooth. Streams Netflix, Vudu, and Prime Video perfectly. All in all I’m glad that I didn’t return it. It can still use a few tweaks, but other than that, it’s an awesome TV. I do wish that Samsung had more apps available ( like Paramount TV). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I had watched a movie the night before I purchased this tv and had to watch it again to see the difference. Everything was so clear and detailed that I felt like I was in the movie. I loved the idea of a curved TV--I would've bought this TV on the coolness factor alone--and I am not disappointed. My main problem with the TV isn't the TV itself; rather it is the lack of available 4K/UHD content. I use a TV antenna for my main reception source, and OTA is not yet widely 4K (if at all), but this unit does an excellent job of upscaling non-4K/UHD content to match. The sound quality, while decent for a television, is still not the greatest, but then, that's why soundbars and home theater stereos were invented, right? I have yet to use anywhere near all of the apps installed, but I also do not notice that any current app I use to be missing. Overall a great product to replace my old Samsung plasma 720p tv. Getting the curved option was a big decision as I have never owned one before, but I can reassure myself I made a great decision. I purchased this tv two years ago... my house got broken into and they stole my 65’ tv. After a couple weeks without it I had no choice but to go back again and purchase the same tv with the 2019 version!! Perfect perfect 4K picture even tho the screen is so big. Favorite thing about the tv though is the easy layout. Very easy to find the apps and the remote isn’t over whelming. I plug my Ethernet cord directly into my tv and stream 4K lightning fast don’t think I’ve ever seen a buffer since I’ve owned it. The picture quality is great and the smart tv software is a lot smoother than before. Tv+ gives you a lot of extra channels as long as you are connected to a high speed connection. Has apps built-in for popular streaming services so we don't need to utilize an external device. Product seems to be capable of recording TV to optional USB HDD - but unfortunately these features are not available in the US. Would have bought anyways, but just would be nice to be able to pause and record live OTA tv. Seems a region setting change might allow us to use those features. Having the YouTube TV app preloaded is awesome, couldn't even add it to the viz. The picture is AMAZING overall and blows the Viz 70" away. This is 4k though and the Vizio was only 1080P. I love Samsung have washer and dryers also galaxy S10 phone. A new sound bar would be much appreciated and probably make my new TV experience all the better! Third, the displays add great detail and color into each scene whether it is a movie, a video clip, or a show. I have had no problems with this product yet.
