The TV will not allow NETFLIX or Amazon Prime to load until I do a hard reboot on the TV. Last night I had to a hard reboot to get Xfinity to transmit. Rated 5 out of 5 bytmpnum1 from Almost perfect!I can't think of any problem with this TV except for one complaint and it involves something that does not seem usual in typical homes: I have two Samsung TVs in the same room and I cannot control each separately. Each of their remote controllers can control both TVs at the same time so if I turn on one TV with the remote, it would turn on both. The TVs are not the same model. I wish Samsung has a way of fixing this. I looked online and it seems like you need to apply tape to the IR at the front of the remotes and use a pin to poke a small hole and I think the remote has to be close to the TV before using the remote. Rated 5 out of 5 byWill_not_take from Very DisappointingI have had 4 Samsung TV's. The best ones were the oldest. Two days ago I bought a 43" NU43RU7100 to replace my 32" 720p Samsung set. I picked this because it was supposed to be the newest model. Well, the picture is terrible. Not even close to what I would call High Definition. The optimal viewing angle was extremely small. If you weren't sitting directly in front of the set, the color washed out to almost white.I've been around TV's for a long time and I know how to adjust one. This couldn't be fixed. Just a lousy picture. I am returning this TV today, and I'm not sure what I'll get. I want to stay with Samsung, but will have to reconsider.
