Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV no longer stays on unfortunately, the tv no longer will stay on. constantly turning off and on for few seconds. i was very excited with the quality of the tv until this problem occurred. i would tell people how great it is, but now realizing its no better than a potato. tried performing all fixes supplied and it still does not stay on. feeling like it was a big waste of money. even bought a protection plan for it and waiting for them to get back. i would say that this tv did not last very long at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money! my tv was and is under warranty. on july 7th 2021 my tv turned off on its own and never turned back on. no standby light nothing. i spend 3 weeks back and forth with samsung support, case managers, technicians and all they could say was even though the tv was under warranty, they couldn't assist me. i wish i could share my whole story but they have a limit on characters. i have always been team samsung (galaxy) i will now be switching to all things but samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality at a premium price this is my second samsung tv. the power button the the tv broken on my first samsung tv after 11 months of normal use. after a bunch of back and forth (because of covid not samsung's fault) it got replaced with this tv and all i had to pay was the price difference. sadly once again the power button broke, this time outside of the short 12 month warranty. given that the same issue has happened twice with 2 different models it is clear the button is not made to be used anything but very occasionally. terrible quality. and this time since the warranty expired i am probably stuck with only being able to turn the tv on and off using the remote until i pay up to replace it, which when i do it will not be samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely broken after not even 6 months i liked this tv initially. however, after a while it would not open apps anymore and had to be tuned off and on a lot. i always kept it up to date on the software version and even did a couple of software updates. after a couple more months it developed the habit of turning off completely seemingly at random. now it won't even turn on at all. this is less than 6 months after purchase. samsung support makes it incredibly hard to get in touch with them and to get help. i can not reccomend this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfection at its finest! i have always been a samsung fan and i am glad this tv is surely not going to disappoint me. every samsung tv i have has outlasted till new technology has come out and i have to get rid of the predecessor, not due to a defect or a product issue but due to the improvements in quality. this is a great tv, i can definitely see the hdr 4k content is a big win. i used to look at tvs in a big showroom, you know the huge 85 inch tvs with in each pixel that you were so amazed by it. well i gotta say now i have this detail and depth in my tv now too. the only thing i have to say is that the grays have smudging in certain scenes. where older tvs would try to replicate the blacks by filling it with this bright hue, this tv is representing grays for what they are, but it leaves a smudgy mess...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung QLED Televisions Are Worth the Cost This is the second Samsung QLED television in our home. The setup of the television is straight-forward. We really like the quality of Samsung especially the picture quality and recommend Samsung to everyone we know. The pricing of this tv may be higher than most, but that is something that we usually try to purchase mid-range priced products. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need this TV! Amazing picture, very easy set up, very light considering it's size. I'm a petite 60 y/o woman, and I set it up by myself. Of course, being in IT for over 30 years probably helped! I hadn't bought a new TV in nearly 10 years, and had an older Samsung 40". It was so reliable, I had to go with another Samsung. I also have an older Blue Ray DVD/surround sound system that I bought with the old Samsung, and it was amazing simple to get working with my new QLED. Same for my Fire Stick (I don't have cable, waste of money. Plugged both into an HDMI port, and the TV automatically recongized them. I think the hardest part for me, since I was by myself, was getting the TV out of the Box! :-) The rest went very smoothly. I highly recommend this TV, and you can't beat the price! Oh, I almost forgot the ambient mode is a very cool feature. When I'm not watching TV, which is most of the time, my TV can become a piece of artwork in my living room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO A BETTER JOB WITH A TUTORIAL IN WRITING. While we had delivery delayed 3 times, overall the purchase was a good one. The biggest thing i feel needs to be done is a guide in print that comes with the tv, having to go online for help is not how someone 66 should have to do. We are still trying to figure things out and at times its fery frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture First off this TV has a really nice sharp picture. That's what I want in a TV. For my room the sound is good, but a sound bar would certainly help. As for it's smart features, there are plenty of apps to choose from that can be installed. Though as of this time not all that I would like. I do think that the remote was not very well thought out. Less buttons is not more user friendly. When an up/down toggle switch is channel up/down as well as accessibility option menu and CC on/off it's just too much. And the Volume control similarly doubles so that I don't know which buttons do what anymore. And I have now had it 3 months. Would two more buttons really make it seem like it wasn't modern tech friendly. Well less buttons is not friendly. But I do really like this set. There are plenty of optional settings, but I was fine with just a few tweaks during setup. I know what I'm doing with those tweaks since I have worked in TV Production for over 35 years and I didn't need many. The presets were actually pretty good. I would have liked at least one HDMI or the USB connector on the side where it is accessible. But they are all on the back, so once it is mounted on a wall you can just forget about using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest TV ive ever owned! By far has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had with any electronics purchase. Very easy to complete initial set up . Also the smart things app makes it very easy to adjust custom settings you may like. Lastly the picture is out of this world it looks like I'm watching things live and in person! Definitely recommend this TV to whoever is in the market for a new TV. Samsung is by far the GOAT's in high quality picture televisions. 5 stars!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speakers The TV has a great picture and was easy to install. The only problem is with the speakers and Bluetooth headset option. You can only use one option at the same time not both. My husband is very hard of hearing and has always a headset but with this TV if he uses the headset option the speakers do not work thus I can not hear the TV. After much research there does not seem to be a way to resolve this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV...brilliant color set up & navigation on this tv is so simplified makes it a pleasure to operate. a very thin bezel gives you more of want you want to see in the picture!! has built in bixby & alexa & many apps & features. beautiful color & clarity with many adjustable options. sound is good for such a slim tv..but of course a soundbar would definitely enhance it. i love the small remotes ergonomic design... & its simplified features!!! no more confusing buttons!!! love its ease of operation. i have no complaints with this samsung 55 "q60t qled 4k uhd smart tv....just loving it!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very dissapointed i bought this tv in the height of the pandemic last june due to my old tv unluckily dying after 7 years. i am extremely disappointed in the lack of processing power and overall quality of the tv. i have had numerous issues with slow response and terrible brightness which makes it hard to see the tv even with only a minimal amount sunlight. i have to constantly run self care (daily as of right now) and overall lack of functionality with screen sizing, customization and sound makes it a regrettable purchase in haste. (ps. this is all in less than 1 year of owning the tv.) this was my first introduction to a samsung tv. may be my last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV & Service this tv had lines in the display since the day i bought it almost a year ago. i have had service technicians out to my house twice and the have replaced parts (the panel). there are still lines in the display. samsung will not replace the tv because there is no inventory. samsung will not provide me a comparable tv. samsung will give me a refund but only for less than the tv actually costs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV I've ever owned 1 month after purchase tv went black and would not turn on. samsung sent technician and replaced power supply and motherboard. then issues with lines coming in on right side of screen. motherboard replaced 2 more times and entire screen replaced and still having issues with lines/weird dark contrast on faces for movies. samsung is still wanting to keep repairing it tho????this is ridiculous and has been countless hours and months trying to get this thing fixed.
