Rated 5 out of 5 byDisappointed in Samsung a from NOT WORTH THE $$$I don't usually write reviews. But this phone is not worth the money. There seem to be a lot of bugs in the software . Talk to text is constantly misunderstanding my words and putting capital letters in the strangest places. (Everywhere but the beginning of a sentence, hence my smartphone doesn't understand English). There are no physical buttons at the bottom of the phone to allow you to back out of or exit an app. They are part of the software and they disappear in a lot of apps. So you have to totally exit an app in the middle of what you are doing. Bixby shows up out of nowhere and interrupts phone calls. As I write this review I can not access the end of the review bc I went back to add a comment. So I will look like an idiot with an unfinished comment at the end. You have to enter your password while you are using the phone and want to change apps.

Just like me, a lot of customers out there are so disappointed in this. In our today's world, I think 64gb is just too small. A lot of people out there needs smartphones with larger storage capacity. I think 64gb is just too small for an expensive device like S9+. And until you make the S9+ 128 available just like you said, you would keep getting poor rating for not being true to you word.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJohn35 from Microphone problemI am an old iPhone user and I decided to change my habit and I purchased this s9 plus. This phone is horrible if you compare it with iPhone x. I had microphone issue. When I use my speaker, the person who is on the line cannot hear me well. Also, you cannot talk to someone with WhatsApp without interruption. As I said if you have a chance, I never recommend this phone.

Turns out there are a lot of people having the same problem. I wish they would fix it. Definitely in the phone. See the Samsung forum. When you spend this kind of money you expect a phone to work as a phone. I wish they would stop advertising this thing. Maybe another recall? I know Samsung probably doesn't want to deal with this with the past note problem but they would do well to maybe..discreetly fix the problem and give free exchanges.

All my tv's are Samsung, I have a washer that is Samsung, and I just switched from the Pixel XL 2 to the S9+ and couldn't be happier. The screen is so vibrant and I believe they thought of everything as far as customization. I also bought the wireless charger and it was well worth it. I hope this phone will carry me for a couple of years and they continue to release phones as good, if not better than this.The front speakers and awesome! Thank you for keeping the 3.5mm jack as that was the main reason for ditching the last phone. The camera and emoji feature is awesome. Keep up the work. I think you have a new phone customer for life!
