Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trusty and Handy I own an iPhone 7, Pixel 3, and I always go back to my S10. It's a big phone without being gargantuan and omg, look at that screen. Did I mention it's also fast, it's fast. It ticks all the boxes except a 90Hz screen and vanilla Android.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice phone, but extremely fragile. i had this phone for 5 months before dropping it for the first time, and the screen completely shattered, despite being in a protective case. the repair estimate is about $300. i'd rather just buy a different phone. don't get me wrong, it was a great phone while it lasted. i was a very happy samsung customer, as usual. but i have owned several galaxy phones over the years and never broken a screen. and i drop my phone quite often as a mom of two littles who are always climbing on me and knocking my phone out of my hands. unfortunately i don't know if i'll continue to be a samsung customer after this experience. if you buy this phone, please purchase insurance. i wish i would have. the screen on this phone is extremely fragile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible phone This is the worst Samsung phone I ever had compared to the Edge, Plus and Note models. It failed a week after I bought it. Screen does not work most of the time. Volume is poor. Phone just does not generally work that well overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad software and service Have had the phone for about 6 months and have had nothing but problems. Moisture detected warning is constantly coming up and won't allow me to charge my phone. Contacted Samsung and was told to clean out the charging port (didn't solve the problem). Was then told to buy a wireless charger, so I have to spend more money to bypass your software. Then bought a samsung wireless charger and it worked for a week then the charger stared flashing yellow and wouldn't charge my phone. Anyways, I bought an off brand wireless charger and that fixed it. This moisture detected problem has existed for multiple generations of phones and they still haven't fixed it and their service sucks. Don't buy samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my first bad phone 497/5000 I am very disappointed with this phone, I bought it when it was released and today it has been damaged. I updated it today in the morning and after the battery discharged the phone has not turned on anymore. I am paying a phone that I cannot use, this is not understood. And then you call Samsung, they send you to an authorized workshop, the workshop tells you that your phone is useless and Samsung is not able to send you a replacement phone immediately, however you have to send yours to be repaired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many issues I had the phone for about a month or two when all of the sudden the phone would completely drain over night and would take hours to to start recharging. I was first told they would replace the phone and then shortly after told they would try to fix it instead. I was sent to their authorized repair center who tried replacing the battery. After doing so they couldn't get the phone to do anything. I was told I needed a complete new motherboard. After a week with the phone and no updates from Samsung or the service center (I had to call them to get any information), I received the phone back. It worked well for a couple months, now the camera is giving me issues. The wide angle setting doesn't work, it freezes the camera and then shuts down. This has all been in under 6 months of owning this phone. I had the S6 and it had many issues as well. I should have learned my lesson I suppose. This will be my last Samsung phone. My wife bought the Google phone and it has been flawless. Good by Samsung, hello Google.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This phone is terrible do not buy its a terrible phone, I've had mine for 6 months but all I've experienced is stress and stress all over again. The phone cannot receive wifi well, even when the wifi speed is over 150mb/s I've tried to use it for streaming, on other devices they handle it very well. Other than wifi there are bugs that happens on the lower half of the screen it starts flashing lights as if the screen was cracked but moments later it stops. This non wifi recieving piece of trash is a waste of space in my pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery appalling I bought this a month ago & am bitterly disappointed with it. Fast charge doesn't work every time - it took 6hrs to charge one day (and I have checked the settings but it changes all the time from fast to slow charge). I bought the phone because the battery was getting worn out on my old phone (almost 2yrs old). A full charge only last up to 5hrs & I barely use the phone during the day while I'm working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fix separate sound feature Hey I'm a big galaxy fan and I love all the little hacks that come with the galaxy phones but this particular feature worked better on the galaxy 9. While yes you can change the output of a particular app to different blutooth device(car speaker) but on the S10 there is no option for you to listen to the rest of the device's sound on a different blutooth device (earbuds) which totally defeats the purpose of the separate sound function please fix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bring back "lock" feature on SoftKey Edge! Please add back the lock button to the softkey edge panel. I use that feature dozens of time during day. It was simple, quick, easy way to lock screen. It appeared to disappear today (2/11/20) from the standard softkey edge tool. When you look at the tool (in store) it show the lock button, when you install it - the lock button does not appear. Please bring it back!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst phone ever This is the worst phone I've ever had. For some reason it thinks while I'm talking on it that it can start dialing random numbers. I'm a professional using my phone for important calls. To have my face constantly dialing other numbers is unacceptable. With the coronovirus I telework now and rely on my cell phone for meetings. I now use headphones with a mic because my speaker never goes thru. And maybe this doesn't sound professional but I love music. I want a certain song I downloaded as a ringtone. It's taking me 30 minutes through forums and I still can't find a way. The + sign under ringtones just brings me back to ringtones. Worst phone EVER. EVER! I pay this much for what? A phone I feel like during any given important call is going to accidentally cheek call 911 or hang up or video call or the speaker won't work. Not to mention I can't even put the phone in my pocket and listen to music without it inadvertantly skipping or whatever. Ive had the stupid thing call my bank on its own in my pocket. Oh and by the way, just this text here, I've had to go back and correct every other word. It's not reading texting or the edge makes it so my hands hit ok done. Unacceptablee for the cost!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung apps are great but some are very poor. MY S10+ HAS A FACE RECOGNATION THAT ONLY WORKS PART TIME. I CAN BE USING THE PHONE IN MY RECLINER AND LAY IT DOWN FOR A FEW MINUTES AND UPON REUSE OF THE PHONE THE FACE RECOGNITION CAN TAKE UP TO SIX OR SEVEN TRIES TO OPEN UP THE PHONE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy s10, several steps backwards I have had several models of the Galaxy S range and i recently updated to the S10 from an S8, what a big mistake,,,,! This is a phone with soooo many missing features, its like stepping back in time. I have to control an alarm using DTMF,, no DTMF on the phone or availability to download,,, no notification of missed calls or texts ect and the battery life is shocking!!!! My advice, dont waste your money,, there are other brands that offer all the required features for less money,,, its only a Brand!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delayed Push notifications I've had this phone for just over a month and certain app notifications are delayed, sometimes by hours. Some notifications that are delayed are even from Google native and Samsung apps. I contacted support and I get the option to reset and reinstall everything, or get a swapped device so that I can...wait for it...reinstall everything. I regret this purchase, only text and phone calls are reliable. I now have to periodically check my phone to see if important emails have arrived because I don't get any notifications. Resets and restarts only fix the problem for a time frame that ranges from 1 hour to 24. Worst phone I have ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor deleting emails This phone wouldnt be that bad, except for 2 things. One is when you delete your emails, it says sorry something went wrong and have to do it later. It depends where you are. Different places and lets you delete them. This is very irritating. And when i touch the front of the scree, the right slider screen comes half way across screen from right to left middle. That is also irritating. I love samsung phones, but the S 10 is not a good phone. I wish my S 7 phone didnt go black, i really loved that phone. And i DO NOT like the glass that curves at the edge. I wish that would go away in future phones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It... works? I figured I'd be upgrading from my incredibly old, Google pixel 1, but was surprised at the lack of quality. My battery is lucky to last a day from day one. My phone is also in my pocket all day so I am not using it much. I find the layout clunky and I absolutely hate the curved screen. I hit it and it deselect whatever I'm working on or typing. It could be fixed with a case but, why are they curved in the first place? Beyond that, I find the screen unresponsive while playing games. I don't play games because the lag makes it unplayable. There is seriously nothing good about this phone other than the fact it WILL do everything. It just takes a while, and possibly a couple trys to get there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Start out Great I was excited to upgrade from the revered S7, but after a year it's been a gradual slide to disappointment. It now burns through battery in 1/2 a day. It has some serious bugs causing performance issues. Patches don't seem to fix anything. On the plus side it's rugged. I take great care of it, and run device care regularly. This may be my last Samsung after 15 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable! I loved my Samsung 10 before this episode happened... NOW I WANT TO ENDORSE IT! I drove off with my phone on top of my car. I watched it fly off my car in the middle of a 4 lane road. I quick parked and started running to go get it, just in time to see a car drive over my phone!!! It is still fully functional, camera working, a few nicks and scratches... BUT IT WORKS!!! I'm in awe at the durability of this phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible!! wish I had known them what I know now. Constantly freezes, I've wasted a ton of money buying this phone. Every time it updates I get more issues. Even now when I'm on the phone I can't hear my caller and they can't hear me..really disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BIXBY is an obnoxious trainwreck While Samsung has made Bixby a bit less imposing, for those of us who see zero value in this feature, it remains a deal-breaking drawback to this device. Whoever conceptualized/approved this feature failed to appreciate that some folks choose Android devices to exposure to forced features such as Siri/Bixby. Bixby is a cheap knock-off of Siri/Alexa/etc. and is impossible to escape. At best, you can limit your exposure to Bixby to only when you inadvertently press the Bixby key two times. In my opinion, this still isn't enough separation between myself and an unwelcome, unwanted, and generally useless feature. For the first time since the S3, I think it's time to explore other options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very average for the price Extreme raw HW power, but the most frequently used features just average - battery so so, camera guessing the white balance + just 2x optical zoom. Nice device, not nice value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the phone Hate the recent camera updates Ive had my galaxy s10 plus for over a year now, and to this point Ive really enjoyed its features. Recently Samsung has seen fit to update the camera system on this unit. Thus far Ive found these updates to be both inconvenient and illogical. Theyve taken away the feature of creating burst shots with the volume keys (its not even an option anymore). Furthermore, in order to take burst shots you must "slide" the shutter button toward the bottom of the phone. Not an easy task for this button can be rather temperamental and often times youll end up with a brief video recording rather than pictures. I, among others, would greatly appreciate samsung restoring the burst shot features because that was one of the convenient features that brought me to this brand in the first place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lost a few significant features I bought the phone 1 week ago. First the battery life is horrible. Next, there is no longer a light notification of missed calls, texts, etc. You have to actually turn on the phone to see if you missed anything. I used Samsung's Smart switch to upload the info from my s8 to the s10. I had notes on the Samsung notes app, those did not transfer. Plus I had information entered in the "notes" section in contacts. Those notes didn't transfer either, but at least the addresses did. The texts don't look like they transfer but when you text someone the last text that was sent to that person "displays" .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery is bad I bought this almost 7 months ago, I thought it had a battery that would hold at least a day with normal use, it didn't hold it, I charge it in the morning to 100% then at the evening when I want it some more, it says 10% wow, do something with the software for the bettery please.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had better. No being able to set defaults for apps, Having to choose from only the standard notification sounds(that are awfully annoying) in messages for different contacts is a pain! Can't even use notification sounds I downloaded for this purpose. Never had an issue with cheaper Samsung phones. Thing Ill get an LG next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone, mostly. Great performance; operating system updates only take a couple minutes. Camera is phenomenal, PRO mode simple and very useful. Excellent screen resolution, color, brightness. All, are offset by engineering FAILs that should have been caught and fixed before the first release, and are a source of continuing irritation: 1) Lack of LED text message waiting indicator 2) Lack of removable microSD storage slot 3) Forcing user to swipe - after phone is already awake - before password can be entered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone good, but apps are poor What's the point of making a good phone if you provide terrible apps that dont use the phone's features and dont work well. At the fundamental level a cell phone is a phone, messaging device and camera. So provide some apps that cover these essential functions! Camera app is very basic and is glitchy. Sometimes it wont take a photo. message app is uglly and cant be customized to look better or display full texts. Phone app leaves you wondering if you've hung up on a phone call or are still connected. Keyboard is basic and doesnt seem to learn new words and names that you use frequently. This is so stupid and unnecessary. Come on Samsung what happened? My 7 year old S4 worked better than my new S10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid I absolutely hate this phone. The fingerprint reader only works about 1 out of 4 times. The light sensor doesn't work properly so when you're on a call, the screen sometimes stays on and your face can dial numbers, mute the call, etc. There is no LED to indicate unread messages. I like Galaxy products, but the S10 is garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S10 not so hot i have had the s10 since december 2019...it started out ok, but always had issues dropping calls when i was in my car. then i had issues with my outlook e-mails, every time i opened outlook it would want me to sign in with all kinds of info and credentials, so much time i stopped checking e-mails. it worked fine at first, then after 2 months or so and e-mails to help desk, there must have been a update that fixed the issue. now all of a sudden, my phone is dropping calls when i am sitting in my home, no reason at all. i started losing calls about a month ago, thought i might have a bad head set, so bought a new head set, same issue. it now does it when i am using actual phone, no head set. for what i paid for this, its a disappointment. it maybe time for a new mfg.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from T-minus 3 months to trouble time. i didn't need to go as far as getting a s20 but now i wish i had. in the 3ish months i have had this phone, it is now malfunctioning. the most notable and critical is my phone suddenly switches to speaker when i have not opened speaker, have not accidently touched it with my ear, the speaker icon is not lit up. i could be in the middle of a private conversation and it just switches to speaker. the case is very plain, not too tight and made of flexible rubber so i do not think it is a screen touch sensitivity. i don't really know related to anything but the touch screen.. i often do restarts because my phone gets bogged down quickly and easily. lastly, my phone tends to like to cut on and off the wifi even though i literally work right by the wireless router.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOTHING SPECIAL the phone is supposed to have 128 g storage and 8 gigs of processing but i have about a 8 or 10 hour battery and it is weakening by the day. it's only 8 months old. the cameras turn themselves on or around whenever they want and snap pictures when i'm doing other stuff. you cant find your settings for your apps in the apps themselves it's so mazey how to find what you need in this thing. the touch screen is way too sensitive you have to constantly fix your spelling errors. the default settings are to mute your calls and texts and not even give you a number of ones you missed. this phone is unbelievably basic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some weird features the phone overall is good but the screenshot feature is a nightmare. i easily take 20 pictures of my screen m accident every day. why would you make that option not something you can change or shut off? secondly the other day i am using my phone and all the sudden it stops functioning and i just get blue boxes and have to tap things 3 times each to get them to stick which made opening my phone impossible. i have no clue how i did this and had to research what the heck was happening to finally find a fix but only after master resetting so i had the joy of resetting up my phone apps again.. great times. if you are going to create features like this do not make them so easy to trigger because it makes the phone less enjoyable to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big screen= Big Price I have now had this phone for a little over 2 months and its working worse than my S8 I traded in for it. Certain apps will crash, pushing the home button 6-7 times to exit the menu, loss of sound randomly when i plug in a car charger. I even talked to a customer service representative and was told to delete the apps and try again. That's it. The only upsideI can think of is that this phone has a bigger screen, which isn't really useful when their is a black circle where the camera is when you're watching a video.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone I've had this phone for like a week now. Before this I had the galaxy s5, so this is a major upgrade. The only complaint I have so far is that there is no longer a notification light so it's harder to tell when I have a message. It's also getting annoying having to doube tap the screen to wake it up (I leave this feature on so my phone isn't doing anything funny in my back pocket). And besides not quite learning the perfect positioning of my finger to unlock the phone, I'm happy with it. I wish, however, that the phone wasn't thrown out of the box because it wasn't sealed properly, but it works fine and there are no scratches on it so I will leave it be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone So I finally replaced my shattered iPhone X Max, not even a year ago I gave my Samsung Galaxy S9 to my husband because he needed a better phone and we had a hunch that the iPhones didn't have great coverage but we weren't sure seeing how neither of us had ever owned an iPhone, so I spent $1100 on the newest iPhone hoping we were wrong, needless to say we weren't wrong, the antenna on iPhones absolutely do not work so when my iPhone X Max got shattered (by a kiddo) I decided not to use the insurance, instead I decided to buy a new phone so I could go back to Samsung, I decided on the Galaxy S10 I wanted a Galaxy and all they had was the S10, the S10 was $800 which already was better than the iPhone, the coverage is awesome (better antenna) and honestly the Galaxy's are all around nicer phones, the only complaint is why do I have three cameras on the back of my phone, like seriously one isn't enough I need three why lol. Now people can chillax I wasn't ignoring you I just had a phone with a bad antenna and so I didn't get messages, calls or texts in most parts of my house or the park lol but now I get all of that just fine lmao. So if your looking into the Galaxy S10 I can tell you it's worth the money and it's a great choice and a great phone, I will never again waste my money on another iPhone, Galaxy's are a lot cheaper and a lot nicer, don't waste money on the name, just because it's name brand and an iPhone doesn't mean anything buy for the phone itself because you'll save yourself money and a headache if you don't buy a phone because of the name. If you swear by iPhone's that's cool and that's your prerogative but I will always love my Samsung Galaxy's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not for me! When I pay over $1000 a phone, I expect to use it how I want. What do I mean? UPDATES!If I choose not to update right away, this phone will lower my wifi and cellular service until I update. I pay for my WiFi and service. What right do they have to make it so I can not use what I paid for. This is why I stopped using IPhone. I WILL NOT BUY GALAXY AGAIN AND I HAVE 4 OF THEM! Not a happy camper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get this cursed Bixby button off my phone I was so excited about this phone until I discovered this Bixby button right where you want your volume down button to be. As far as I can tell you can't turn it off, so you just have to deal with accidentally triggering this useless service all day. This feature may be the end of my lifelong love affair with Samsung. Heartbreaking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from charger stopped charging,Worse screen evr i had the S7 forEVER, and the ONLY thing wrong with it was the battery would no longer hold the charge. I purchased the S10, the fingerprint reader NEVER worked, the screen cracked within a few months with a good case on it. (my last phones screen after years never cracked). with a tiny hairline crack in the phone was useless because it put air between screen and device. NOW, the charger stopped working! Also, phone calls drop, and at times (many) when i send a simple photo in a text, it sits and sits and sits and will fail to send. My phone is under a year old and it garbage!!! I've owned Samsungs only. My daughter has iPhone and has no issues what so ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible phone The S10 plus is an absolutely terrible phone. The dictation is the worst. Yet makes all kinds of mistakes and is very difficult to correct. I would never purchase this phone again. Additionally, the screen flickers. I rode a much more explanatory review but in the middle the dictation quit and I couldn't get back to what was already written. So don't buy this phone unless you're a very patient and simple user. That is it may be a good phone but even there I've had problems over the week I Owned it. I'm just not gonna do any more review even though I could. Just terrible

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Water in USB port was so excited to be getting the latest Samsung had to offer as I have been getting Samsung since the first galaxy came out. So unbelievable that I am terribly disappointed with the S10. It has never been dropped in water or had anything spilt on it so if water did get near it , it could have only been a splash of droplets if even that. My phone has been refusing to charge the last 3 days saying that there is water in the USB port. I have put it in a box with silica gel, tried using a hairdryer on it etc etc etc to no avail. However it is not just my one my brother has an S10 also and also has exact same problem. Absoluye joke. Steer clear DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 10 Note. Worst Samsung I've owned. T-Mobile insurance swapped my Samsung 9 Note with a cracked screen to a 10 Note. They didn't give me an option. I've learned that the insurance offered by T-Mobile is COSTLY AND simply AWFUL. The Samsung 10's battery is smaller and even with optimized light usage lasts only about 5 hours. Heavy usage, much less. In a normal 18-hour day With minimum usage and battery saving features turned on, I must recharge 5 times. SAMSUNG'S reply was to point toward the "fast charger" supplied with the phone...or 90 minutes downtime every 300 minutes of usage. SO PASS ON T-MOBILE INSURANCE AND SAMSUNG 10 NOTE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My last Samsung Phone I have been a loyal samsung customer for quite a while. Every time I supposedly "upgrade" my phone it's a reminder of the cliff dive that the hardware quality has taken. I currently have the s10+ and I've had nothing it headaches with it. Your camera glass will break with the slightest tap. I am unable to connect to a computer with a usb cord anymore, including having to switch to a wireless charger due to issues with the micro usb. On top of those two short things, there seems to be an ever increasing list of annoyances with this phone. This will probably be the last samsung phone I buy, amd I recommend you think twice before getting a new samsung phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the phone, but not so much the screen I like the phone, but I'm not a fan of the curved edges on the screen. I have trouble using it one handed as my hand touches the curve as I try to touch something, preventing me to touch what I want. And putting on screen protectors are difficult due to the protectors not fully griping the sides/curves of the screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Before Updates When I first purchased the phone the month it came out it was amazing! Impeccable camera options, 4k recording, photos, and uploads. Samsung Notes with side bar features. I was in love! After the software update the downgraded camera quality options and completely changed Notes making it low quality and virtually inaccessible. I'm so disappointed its turned me away from the brand completely. I use to have the highest opinion of Samsung products. But after the downgraded of already purchased features on my device, I see the ploy to push consumers to upgrade to new devices. I'm so horribly disgusted, you will never get another penny from me. Good luck with your crappy business practices!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overpriced and frustrating. My brother bought this for me when it was first marketed around $1000. I won't get into why it costs so much and no one bats an eye as to the price tag as I never get a straight answer when I ask why it costs so much. I keep hearing of this 5g and yet nothing is better than the older phone I had picked up for $50. The screen constantly lights up when I'm jogging so I'm always fiddling with it and when I use headphones at work they're always popping back up. I'm usually never this harsh but for the price and what it does, no please stay away and pay for a reasonably priced phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but not Great. Good things. Design, screen, new UI software experience, back cameras and sound. Bad things. Fingerprint ID, Home gestures and still old home experience. As we know the fingerprint on screen is been a nightmare for many people as myself. It doesn’t detect well fingerprint and the space is insanely small for it. I hope Samsung release a new update for this matter. Unfortunately, on the space we are stuck. The 3 home buttons are still the old one on Android pie (Really). I like more the 3 lines gestures, but lines are so thin and small that you can barely reach them and with a case worst. Also I hope Samsung release an update for this gestures home menu, because I really liked it and it is more futuristic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Impressed At All Bought this to use as a phone as well as something to play PubG Mobile on. Not a very big improvement over my S9, and the S10 is even more unstable and buggy than the S9. Recently dropped it accidentally off my computer desk and the bottom-right corner has cracks all over it. Just as fragile as the S9, if not, more so. Very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I've only had this phone for apx a month, an upgrade from the Samsung S6, and love alot of the features it has. You can tell it has your time in mind with alot of quick features. The camera, however I'm not really impressed with. I keep playing with the settings and having a hard time finding the right setting that doesn't look like the pic was taken in a tunnel or semi fisheye effect. Video's are absolutely clear & lifelike, photos are great when not in zoom though. Overall, I'm not impressed with it which sucks cause I do photography/ videography.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m happy In just a few days I’ve been reminded of how user friendly Android phones are. I’m saying farewell to Apple! Aside from a few bumps and apps that don’t cross from one device platform to the other the transition has been easy. Smart switch did a great job with just a couple calendar glitches. I’m loving my new phone. It’s early in my purchase and think the phone is one of excellent quality. I had been resistant to changing because I prefer a smaller size that fits better into pockets. The transition to this once size has been a non issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing really big about I like the Samsung S9 better, they hyped this one for no big reasons. The finger print is inconveniently in the front instead of the back. This is also harder for it to read your print (it keeps saying "press harder" when the S9 you simply press and it quickly reads without issues). Also, there is NO LED notifications...so if you have a text/message/etc while you're away from your phone, you wont know unless you check your phone. With the older models, you'd easily know by seeing the LED blink...nope, not this one. I dont like it. Features suck, but the performance is like any other Samsung phone (great!).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hardware I have both pixel 3s, and bought the S10 for the cameras and full screen. The ultra wide camera is fantastic. A great option for creativity, and just getting more in the shot. Overall very good camera quality. I already miss the pixel night mode. Screen is fantastic. Great color and brightness. The adaptive brightness sucks compared to stock P. No matter how much I trained it, it just never finds the mark. First time in years I have turned off about brightness. Still trying to get use to navigation gestures. They offer no new functionality, like stock P does, just a little more screen real estate. Please turn off the volume limiter. I have to bypass it everytime I get in the car. The form factor is perfect. Fits great in the hand. love the white, fantastic color. I wish I was brave enough to go caseless. Give up on Bixby. Battery life is way ahead of the pixels. As always, Samsung nailed the hardware. I wish they'd stop changing built android functionality. Focus just on changes needed for there great hardware additions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded from Galaxy S8+, satisfied! I upgraded from the S8+, the new normal S10 (not the plus) is almost same screen size, but smaller footprint, more pocket-able. New design with the translucent color and minimal bezel is very nice. Only negative so far is the optical fingerprint reader, works most of the time, probably around 75%, hope it improves with software update.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the new phone! I bought it 3 weeks ago, but I'm loving the new features. I had an S7, so this is definitely an upgrade. The fingerprint scanner is accurate, and I like the hole punch. However, I doubt like not having a notification LED. There's apps out there that will spin a "light" around the hole punch, but the permissions they need is ridiculous. Hopefully Samsung will do an update soon to add that feature. I also wish the charging cable was 2 feet longer. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for those 2 things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing phone with two issues The S10 is an amazing phone but has two major issues. One is my hands keep going numb while holding the phone. I assume this has something to do with the reverse charging but I cannot turn off the wireless charging to test my theory. Second, the display is truly edge to edge. This is amazing but it causes me to constantly select things while just trying to hold the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super phenomenal phone! I love this phone, the design, the screen and the cameras! I moved up from my S9 and am definitely impressed! So far it's been great learning what the phone can do and the performance has been impressive. My hands are adjusting to the size difference and the accidental palm swipes. My only con (and reason for start deduct) is that I've experienced multiple dropped calls the past 3 days. I have never dropped a call with the S9 so I don't know what's going on with this phone, I hope it's something that will get fixed either through software or with the phone network. Anyone else experiencing this? It's been really frustrating losing calls within minutes of each other!!!

Software is very smooth and user friendly. Love that I can upgrade storage capacity. 128GB phone+128 SD card. Battery life is great. Camera is best I've seen on a smartphone. I also got the Samsung watch and works flawlessly with the phone. So many cool feature, too many to list, but you definitely get more bang for you buck as opposed to an iPhone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review edit I'm becoming more unimpressed with my phone. I almost think I've got a defective one. The biometric fingerprint scanner NEVER works on the first try and typically takes 3-4 trys minimum, sometimes it doesn't work at all. Also the alarm clock will not acknowledge my finger gesture to turn it off, I have to open the clock app to turn off (the snooze works though). The battery life is also disappointing, it's at 50% typically after @6hrs of music through the bluetooth (not using any data, I download all my music). In fact my battery has dropped 7% since I started this review. I could listen to music for 6hrs on my iPhone Xs and still have 80%+ :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerfull, good camaera, but not best "phone" No Notifiction LED, the patch to provide one is just an edge lighting trick, forces you to constantly touch-check your phone. Not cool! I am a busineesman and worried I'll miss an urgent e-mail. Hole camera is a little annoying but not too bad. The lack of a notification LED would have beeen a deal breaker had I realized it before I got the phone. Change to USB C seems to be gratuituous no real benefit except to buy more cables

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is why I waited... I am not the reviewing type but this phone is worth my time to review(S-10 128GB). I am a long time "Fruit" ecosystem resident that wanted to switch. Mostly due to pricing creep on new devices and the fact that they are far different from the company they started out to be(innovative and fresh thinking). I wanted to get a phone with features i wanted and crisp display and that was super user friendly. Samsung, with this phone you have hit it out of the part. I know flagship phones are supposed to be top of the line but this is amazing. The phone build quality and camera in this thing alone are reason to spend the price for it. I do not have extra cash to spend on a device that would not perform so I did research on the next big phone purchase. Samsung has consistently improved on design and past reviews are all positive. Switching from the fruit to the S10 was a breeze. I know its a big leap to jump out of the "fruit bowl" to the other side but Samsung has made it so easy. This phone performs and as a primary device and is worth it. Its a must buy device....do not wait to switch. I know because it is exactly what the fruit folks have been missing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from almost There Flamingo Pink- 128Gb-Sprint- Unlocked Pros: Clear screen, simple interface, Fast, Attractive, Cons: Menu interface, Screen unlock, Curved display The phone itself its a very nice piece of equipment but like everything else we could take away many points from small items that could be done better. I purchase the regular S10, but when i look back i think i should have purchased the S10E, in my case the only difference is the HR monitor and oxygen Sensor items I like the following points explain what I think needs to be improved. S10: The curved Screen is just to sensitive if you do not have a case with the side elevated and you grip the phone the tips of your fingers will cause the screen to act and move ramdomly becuse it detects the other touch points. ( this is why I say the S10e is better because i went to the store and tested and the side unlock is fast and the phone is smaller ++) 1 UI: it is more pollished but it has many sub menus that make the experience confusing. 2: Themes: allow for other 3pty icons to be installed outside the store- There are more icons that need to be theme not just the Samsung apps. otherwise the entire front face meaning the icons and folder looks off 3: On screen FP: I would like to give everyone a TIP! clean the screen after a few unlocks otherwise it will not recognize your prints. IT takes a few second but it sures save you to get mad. 4: Bibxy Home: I like Bixby! my son's SIRI vs Bixbi: the answers where more complete and faster it was capable of understanding better (inglish my thir language vs native speaker) so it is a plus+ What i will add to the home is the capability to add widgets from the applications we add. This way all the information is in one simple location and bixby will be able to be there everytime. Just to think about it makes me smile! 5:Smsung cloud drive: Please make a clear web location so we do not have to search everywhere for the link! My last point and probably the one i used the most! 6: Health App: IT is very nice and complete almots to the levels of Apple health an in some cases better! I will encourage samsung to add more partners. I recently bouhgt a BGM and it connects with the phone and I love it! only if my BPM will work with that i think there is only 4 model pumps that connect. Oxigen levels are done via the phone so ++ the food data base is good and what i truly like and I am very happy about is the reports!!! xls, PDF, HTML. only if you could connect with the Freestyle Libre. :-) Now if you could make just a wearable with only HR and GPS + fitness: SMALL- I thully do not care about SMS, PHOTOS, Emails! I want to enjoy my rutiness disconnect from the Wired world for a few hrs a day.! Final taught! Great divice- I now have my Iphone seven seating as a paper weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone! But could be better in details... Phone itself is great! Fast, clear and very responsive. Camera is amazing and very impressed with shake-preventive feature on videos. Only thing I am little frustrated is the screen protector that is attached to all new Galaxy S10. The one I received has the screen protector that is little off from the front-view camera, which I believe has no affect on the operation of the camera itself, but very frustrating to see when the screen is on. Samsung could have done a better job on details like these. Would have been better if they just sent to screen protector and let users to attach it themselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance phone Migrating from S8 to S10, i was expecting a high performance, reliable and stable phone that allows me to do calls, browsing web, social media and some photo clicks. S10 does not disappointed me and battery life is good as well. Good upgrade!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dude Awesome! I got my device in today and within a few hours its all set and running. It's fast, responsive and the fingerprint reader is quick too! I finally made the swap from iPhone to Samsung after iPhone lacking the past two years! Meanwhile I am missing out on some killer things that Samsung is dishing out! I love this device and fir sure is going to be a top favorite for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not much better than S8, and worse in some cases Upgrading S8 (and likely S9) to S10 is NOT worth it. Maybe the camera is better, but the fingerprint sensor is supper annoying - often does not work. have to switch fingers in some cases. Much worse than S8 fingerprint recognition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Camera is amazing, tons of new small features Upgraded from the galaxy s9, so not too much of an upgrade in terms of software. There are alot of small new features that I enjoy, such as the blue light filter custom schedule, changing lock screen wallpapers, etc. Camera is amazing, I love using the ultra-wide camera, and very little detail is lost when zoomed in. Screen is beautiful, hands down the best on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Fingerprint design Samsung tried to do too much in too little. Ultrasonic fingerprint is the most terrible fingerprint since S5's fingerprint sensor came out. Most of the applications which used to take fingerprint as sign in have stopped working as the layout of fingerprint interrupts with most application's login area.I would return this and keep my S9, waste of time and money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing resolution I've had this phone for a few months now and I still can not get over how amazing it is. The camera captures all the colors in the shot and the different types of modes are fantastic. The size of the screen is spectacular, even with the camera taking a small portion of the phone. I can also had several apps opened on the background and the phone works just as fast. To cut this short, this is the best phone I've ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Phone with Minor Issues I love the phone, it has the best resolution, hands down. The cameras are extraordinary and I'm able to take high quality pictures. I am happy with the basic functionality of the device as well as the manageable size; I can go to the gym and keep the phone in my pocket and have minimum issues. The thing I dislike about the device is minimum. First. I do not like the finger print scanner. The Galaxy S9 finger print scanner was placed and a more ideal location. With the Galaxy S10, given the positioning of your finger it takes, at times, multiple swipes for your finger print to recognized. It's not a show stopper, but I am not a fan of the facial recognition so I only work with the finger print scanner. Lastly, the dreaded Bixby app. I have never been of fan of Bixby, and I would love to have it removed with the ability to use the button for another function. Bixby is not helpful to me, and I feel that we, the consumer, should have the flexibility to remove it if we don't want it. Other than that, I am enjoying this device; however, if Bixby still exists in the future this may be my last Samsung Device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with my new phone! I ordered this phone, and was told it would not ship out until the 22nd. I received it almost a week earlier than expected. I have been enjoying learning about my phone. I had a Galaxy phone long time ago, switched to other Androids for awhile and decided to go back to the Galaxy series. People have mentioned issues with the fingerprint scanner. I have yet to have an issue. I have no complaints at this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect This phone is really polished, its hardware is nice, its software is nice, and all in all the hole punch display isn't a bother. I've had the phone for a little over two weeks now and I've gotten used to correctly placing my finger on the fingerprint scanner. I'm coming off of the iphone 6s so I'm still habitually sliding up for wifi and such, but the One UI is intuitive and clean. I am also now enjoying the freedom that comes with android compared to ios, being able to further customize the ui more with a launcher. Although I haven't really used the phone much for gaming (mostly for media consumption) compared to the 6s, the battery life and performance are uncanny. The hole punch doesn't bother me at all mostly because most videos are 16:9 and don't take the space used by the hole punch. When I do watch a movie, it does go into the hole's real estate, but it doesn't really do much in terms of blocking the video and doesn't block important information. My one complaint with the s10 is that there seems to be no dead zone for the edges. Meaning when I am watching youtube (portrait style), I would accidentally click videos, and when I'm on other applications, it would detect my phone hold as a touch and stop me from swiping with my other hand. I hope that in the near future they would add a small dead zone to the sides of the phone (and the maybe the top and bottom) so that applications do not detect accidental touches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best so far I am a Samsung Fan from the beginning of the Galaxy series I"ve had the original galaxy, S3, S5, S7 and now the S10. I enjoy the features and how smooth it runs for the most part. But when I play some Games it gets jumpy and seems to loose the screen. Also it keeps trying to adjust the light mode on the screen even after I've turned it off it keeps turning itself on, which I do not like. I think it still has some things to work out but over all it's a good phone. Also I wish there would be more features using the edge lighting like different colors for different people and I don;t like the loss of the charging LED, the charging LED was helpful, I think.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing but ads? I switched from Iphone to Samsung as soon as pre-order became available for this phone. There are ad's when you download any apps not provided on the phone and soon the phone becomes infested with non-stop ads. Other than that, I love my phone and would not trade it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No at all happy I don't understand why Samsung or Android or whomever is responsible insists on taking away some of the nicer features of the phones with each new update. Bad enough they took away my ability to have different message tones for each of my contacts, but now there is only one notification sound for everything. Sure I get to choose what it is, but the same sound for e-mail, text messages, voice mails, anything else that would send me a notification. That really stinks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features! Best hardware of any phone! This is a major upgrade from my Galaxy S9. I love the nearly bezel-less design and the camera cutout is unobtrusive. And the best part is they kept the HEADPHONE JACK (ahem Apple...). It is useful for when Bluetooth headphones die, there is too much Bluetooth interference, or when I want to be wired in to not use my Bluetooth headphones' batteries. Wireless Powershare is a gimmick, not really that useful. One UI is Samsung's best UX to date, but it still isn't as good as Stock in my opinion. Luckily, after a little bit of tweaking, I can get Samsung's UX to look and feel how I want it to. Battery life isn't great, but it isn't awful. Still, expect to carry around a charger with you on longer days if you're a heavy user like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Very Impressed I came from a Note 8. I was getting tired of how big my phone was and the battery life was starting to decrease. This was the first time that I preordered a device. I process which has really been to my liking. Now on to the S10. I went with the standard S10 because I waanted a normal sized phone but still wanted a big screen. That has worked out well for me. The screen is just a little smaller than what I had before, but the body is a good deal smaller. I couldn't be happier with that.. I don't use a case unless I'm exercising and the phone feels so small and light, yet so powerful. The cameras are great. I freaking love the shots that I get from that super wide angle lens. Plus, along with the processing of the photos, I have gotten some really great pictures. Battery life. It started out just okay. I got through a full day. Of course when you are setting up a new phone you use the heck out it to move and set up all of your apps. After that was done I have been pleased. I get to the end of the day with anywhere from 40 to 60% on most days. Some days I have super light usage and end the day with 75%. One UI. The UI is well executed and looks good to work with. I tried something different and instead of making my icons super dense on my screen, I scaled back to 4x5, like the default layout. Yes it made the icons larger, but after using it for a while I found it to be a realy good and modern look. Dex. I didn't use it much with my Note 8. With the S10. I find myself using my PC less and less. I even set it up at work so I can use it for personal "computer" use while in the office. Just Wow! There are other good things about the device and not a lot of negatives. This was a good buy. With the deal I got for trading in my Note 8 and the included Galaxy Buds. I am smiling from ear to ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute junk! Finger scanner works about 25% of the time, this after registering the prints several times. Battery life is horrible, lost 15% in an hour and nothing was running. During that time the phone also got very warm. I'm also having issues with it playing well with my S3 Frontier. Real shame, my utter excitement turned into a huge disappointment. My S9+ hands down beats this phone. Why would you release a phone with such a junk finger scanner. Sad to say once my S9 Plus is worn out I will be heading over to Google Pixel phones. Had one before and should have stuck with it. Camera on S10 is no better than my S9 plus

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great computer. Horrible phone microphone I had the SO and liked it but couldn't hold a conversation with anyone unless my mouth was right next to the microphone. On the iPhone this was NEVER a problem. I thought maybe it was just the SO and thought for sure the S10 flagship phone would have addressed this issue but she enough, it's a huge problem still. And it's a hardware issue, not software or it would have been fixed by now. It's ridiculous. It's an incredible device, but at its heart - it's a phone and it can't make a decent call. If you even look away from the phone while you're speaking into it you sound like you're in a digital barrel on the other side. Come on! Fix this!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not impressed, plus buggy Switch from AT&T S8 to S10 Unlocked. Signal is bad when comparing it to my wifes S9 AT&T phone. Lost all the Carrier features VoLTE, Wifi Calling, etc, which its a Carrier limitation but sucks, this doesn't happen with Apple Phones. The most annoying part is how buggy the phone is, but might be Android's fault more than the phone itself, same Android version on S8 was solid and no problems with same apps. Currently phone restarts randomly throughout the day and/or Apps crash randomly requiring a reset. I have factory reset the phone two times already trying to pinpoint if its an App problem or overall OS problem. Crashes continue to happen once or twice a week, not sure if its something related to caching or memory leak in the current android version. I bought it thinking I would upgrade to a better phone but actually it feels more like a downgrade.
