Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Printer with Extremely High Cost ConsumablesWe have been using the low end Ricoh devices for some time now. They all leave a bit to be desired but we were fine with the throwaway nature of them. The B&W units are a little better but the color ones just stink. They are very slow. The duty cycle rating is incorrect. If you print more than about 10 pages a day this printer will not hold up to it. If it breaks the call to check it out costs more than the entire printer and they will just tell you to replace it because they can't get individual parts (Ricoh certified tech). Unless you are barely going to use it and don't mind throwing away the printer when it breaks, it's much more wise to just spend more and get a better printer.
