The Revolabs FLX UC 500 USB Conference Phone is designed to provide communication in conference rooms, small offices, and more. The unit features four built-in microphones to provide 360° coverage for audio capture and a built-in tweeter and mid-woofer speaker elements to deliver an extended frequency response that allows clear call intelligibility for all languages and users. The device also includes integrated echo cancellation technology for reducing the effects of ambient sounds and full duplex support that allows the unit to capture and play back audio simultaneously.

Touch capacitive buttons can be used for placing calls, answering calls, and hanging up. Computer software phone functions in applications such as Skype, Microsoft Lync, Cisco Jabber, WEbEx and others can be mapped onto these buttons using the FLX UC 500 Windows Utility.

Revolabs FLX UC 500 is rated4.46 out of5 by13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than I ExpectedNeeding a USB device for our boardroom PC to do web conferencing, we tried a number of products that did not have the volume that was required. We contacted Revolabs for a demo and were blown away with the quality, loudness, and design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI would recommend this product to almost anyone. The price for what you get is on point. It does exactly what we need it too. (Review is for contest entry)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullJust saw this demonstrated at #SpiceWorld2016. Only rating four stars as I didn't get a chance at a full demo (e.g., an actual phone call) but the *output* sound clarity was amazing given the demo environment: the big, open (30+ foot ceilings) Austin Convention Center showroom floor with lots of bustle, noises, voices, a concrete floor, and no environmental sound reinforcement (no walls, partitions, etc. - just the FLX UC 500 sitting on a fold-out table a good 15 feet away from the nearest wall). Given the unit's size I would be pleased to have a micro stereo system that sounded as good, let alone a conference room speakerphone. Five-minutes was enough to put the FLX UC 500 on my radar as a potential Ploycom "star phone" replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullRevolabs did a good job with the FLX UC 500 and could easily be one of the best quality conference phones on the market. Starting off, the sound quality is superb. I tested this is our basement storage room that is all stone for any echo and found little to none. When moved to our large conference room the 5x6x6 speaker filled it with sound and there was no echo present even with the mid woofer and tweeter . Switching from an older plantronics system I really enjoy the four microphones at the corners as to allow everyone's voice to be heard more clearly. This feature alone is fantastic and will be looking for it in all systems in the future. The few minor things I would consider taking a look at: the "shorter" usb cable that it comes with can be troublesome in large conference rooms when its in the center and I only have 6' to deal with, and when pressing the buttons on top there is no click to inform someone that you did in fact press it. The last concern of the button press is minor but we have some users who would just keep tapping it because people are used to this older form. Honestly once you are used to it its fine but older users might not get it at first. Overall a great product and would give a 4.5 out of 5 if I could. "Review is part of a contest entry"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullWe currently have one of these in our main conference room in our Management office. Mainly used for Skype conferences calls with clients. From what I've seen and tested, it provides excellent audio quality. Those who are on the other end can hear the caller clearly. Much better than using a built in webcam mic like we were using before. I'd highly recommend this!(Review is a sweestakes entry.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullGreat product. Highly recommended. The quality of design is amazing. The attention to detail on the speakers and microphone show that this company is audio oriented. Thanks Tim for attending our SpiceWorks meetup and showing us your range of products in person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI got a chance to see this product at a recent SpiceCorps meeting in Atlanta. The size was nice, the feature set is really solid and the sound quality was excellent - even in a large room. I've got a small competitor's product and it's nowhere near as capable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI've implemented a few of these in conference rooms, and am generally very pleased with this product. They advertise a 360 degree audio capture, and the four microphones really do help with this, which is great for our clients with larger rooms. The audio quality is very good, and I have no complaints with that. There is really only one negative that I've found, and it's not a very big one at that. The buttons on the device use capacitive touch, which while fine for most people, do confuse some of our older clients. The device does give a visual response when you press the button, but some people are just used to feeling a physical click. I personally like this feature, but have heard some complaints about it. However, the other functionality more than makes up for any other issue.(Review represents sweepstakes entry)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullSaw the Revo Labs products at a demo last week and the sound quality was amazing! Tim was very helpful with describing some things to look at regarding microphone placement and db loss when setting up a conference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant SurpriseWas very unsure of this at first, but have been impressed with build quality and ease of use. Not entirely sure about the cubic design though, just not to my taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullwe decided to use a USB conference phone after moved out from analog lines. the price for this phone was bit high so my manager decided to go for a far cheaper one. Long story short, we end up buying this after 2 months and never looked back since then. it is small but nice looking device with clear sound. no matter where you sit, your voice will be captured evenly."Review is part of a contest entry"
