The Flex@ is an extremely useful phone system. It is easy to use and very efficient for conference calls.

Great for small conference room
This unit does exactly what it advertises.
Very easy to set up, just plug host interface into an analog phone line, charge for 8 hrs and it works!
Remember to remove units you plan to use from the charging base (documented but made the mistake first couple times...)
The speaker quality is quite good
The convenience of wireless mikes allows for location next to the active speaker(s)
As documented the mikes only pick up less than 10' from their location, so this is NOT for a large conference room.

If you want to:
* Get rid of conference phone cables and not have to pay and arm and a leg to hide them.
* Have a nice wireless lapel mic for a presenter.
* Mix pc audio (and other inputs) automatically with phone calls (if you use PC based audio/video services).
Then look in to getting one of these phones with the mix of omni, directional, and lapel mics that suit your conference room paradigm (it comes in VoIP and Analog flavors, too).

We purchased the FLX VOIP with omni-directional mics to replace an older analog Polycom. I am extremely impressed with this product. The battery for the entire unit has lasted an entire day. The wireless range is great. The call quality is excellent. This works well with 3CX. We have since purchased a second unit for one of our satellite offices. Out of the box it had a bad power adapter. RevoLabs support was very responsive and sent a new power adapter next day. I will continue to buy these units as our Polycoms burn out.
