Does not work
I bought this to us my headset with my iPhone. It works for the speaker part, but the microphone of the headset is NOT working.

Does not do what was expected.
I bought this adapter in order to use my headset with my laptop/cellphone.
It enables it to be used as headphones but the mic does not function. Plantronics apparently does not make an adapter to do what I want.

TERRIBLE...product fails after short period of use
THIS IS THE THIRD QUICK DISCONNECT CABLE I HAVE PURCHASED AND IT TOO HAS DEVELOPED A SHORT. VERY DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL.

Just what I needed!
It fits my iphone 5s perfectly. Â So now I can use my Starset headset with my iphone at my desk. Â The only thing I don't understand is what the cord is only 3" long. It replaced a 2.5mm cord that fit my desk phone and that cable is a foot and a half. Â It would be better if this cable was longer as it just barely reaches my iphone which sits next to my computer monitor.

Excellent service
Great service but I need to exchange for the correct size..Not being use to the metric system I thought the 3.5mm plug was what I needed but I now understand that I need a 2.5 mm plug for my cordless phone..I would like to return and exchange for the correct size..

Doesn't work with my headset
I purchased this item in the hopes of replacing the quick disconnect cable that came with my Plantronics Gamecom Commander. Unfortunately it does not fit, so I was never able to use it.
