Rated 5 out of 5 byTrina from Great blue tooth!I bought this after losing my old (Plantronics) blue tooth. I love this newer model! It gives helpful information when you turn on the blue tooth, such as how much talk time is left. The voice is more soothing and easier to listen to than on my very old model. I also love the "find me" feature on this version, so that if I misplace it, I can use my phone to help search for it. I'd definitely recommend the Explorer 500 model!!

Rated 5 out of 5 bydboydak from Great bir less volume!I bought E500 after I lost my M165. I had more volume and it was easier to hear with M165 E500 is visually better but the volume is less. I would give M165 5 star, but I could only give 4 stars for E500.
