Best quality and reliable
I switch between Otterbox and Pelican, sometimes the case for my model of Samsung is only offered by one, but between these my phone is well protected and lasts for years.

Holster Broke
I had to buy the entire Otterbox for $50 just because my holster broke. That is ridiculous that you don't sell the holster separately for the XCover Pro.

Reliable
I've used Otterbox products for several years now. They make good products that I can depend on. I do wish they would make water proof cases for "waterproof" phones. I buy rugged phones that are waterproof by would love it if I could get waterproof cases for them also do to my dynamic work environment the phones version or waterproof... doesn't always mean waterproof. Also a case that fully encases the phone would be nice something with a screen protector built in. One benefit to Otterbox is that they do have a larger selection than most and if I'm issued a new phone they usually have some type of case for it and that's always better than no case.

Not at all what it promises
Purchased X Cover Pro and OtterBox Defenser case in May 2022. Phone slid off my desk and hit the floor last week. The screen shattered. Poor quality and not worth the price.

I had an Otterbox Defender, on my Samsung Galaxy 7 Active. After 3 years of rugged use as a commercial plumber. The phone still looked new, with the case was off. So upon purchasing a new phone, I knew that the Defender case was a must. Great product.

need to make a left hand version...
need to make a left hand version... the thumb release is in the wrong side forcing the phone to hang inverted... a real pain in the neck... otherwise case is solid...
