Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protects and stops glare I bought both the iPhone 12 Pro Amplify Glass Glare Guard Screen along with the Aneu Series protection box. The glare screen installed fine with the supplied installer. I viewed a YouTube video just to make sure I used the correct technique. I was persistent in squeezing out any bubbles. I am pleased with the outcome. Moreover, the screen really does reduce glare, which I tested in strong sunlight. The Aneu protection box seems durable. I was used to the Defender series I had for my iPhone 6S, so this protector seems so much more streamlined. However, it has good grip and does not come off, so I find it quite useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Screen Protector w/Issues Hard to give a simple rating: *Fantastic performance: Enhanced iPhone 12 Screen and reduced glare * Excellent performance --- Hard to give a simple, single rating. *Great Performance *VERY difficult installation *Wonderful customer support I bought the Amplify Glass Glare Guard directly from Otterbox. After final install, this screen protector was GREAT! It increased contrast/clarity of an already great screen. And, it reduced glare compared to the native iPhone 12 screen. But installation was a nightmare! Rather than a traditional placement guide made to the size of the phone, the Otterbox unit is expandable. You open it up, insert your phone and close it to the phone's size. The screen protector is attached to a plastic tether that fastens to the guide. You pull the tether firmly around the guide and over the screen. You need to pull fairly hard on the tether to get the protector into position.The guide isn't locked in place, but can still open. Any minor opening of the guide causes the phone to move and alignment is off. Very difficult. I managed to do it. Then bubbles. That is normal. But, it was very difficult and despite a lot of time and effort, a large bubble remained at one corner of the screen. I could NOT get that out. I called Otterbox. Great customer support! The agent immediately said she'd express ship me a new unit. Fantastic.Got it in 2 days. Then installation issues all over again. Apparently since it took a while to get the protector aligned with all the tugging and keeping the guide firmly closed, a couple of small particles/lint got under the protector resulting in small bubbles that could not be pressed out. I wound up taking the entire protector off twice, used the lint remover to get the particles off and "manually" replace the protector. I had to do this twice. It's a miracle. But, I got it on and no bubbles. Note: I found it much easier to manually position the protector than to use the placement guide that came with the unit. That was my experience. But, other reviews on this site and elsewhere have also been critical of the installation process for this and similar Otterbox screen protectors. I'd buy it again because of the performance. But, I'd manually place it and not use the tether.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First one came broken This is an awesome screen protector but it took 2 tries to get it - first one was damaged in shipping and it took a while to get the replacement, difficult times for customer service but stick with it - once I got them on the phone the representative was fantastic, everything you would want in a customer service person: polite, Understanding, just enough humor and seriousness, thorough, and solution-oriented. The shipping packaging is not as protective as it could be, they might want to upgrade that. When I opened the cardboard shipping flat I noticed the product box had a damaged-looking corner so I took a picture of it right away even before I open the package. Sure enough the screen protector was broken. Several emails and online forms did not result in any progress so I finally bit the bullet and called customer service, ready for some chill time while on the hold queue. Eventually customer service person hooked me up with the replacement and even expedited shipping like my original had been. I use this protector with the defender magsafe case with holster. I work with it in my pocket. I am a carpenter/remodeller, I’m hard on my equipment and my body so I need lots of protection. Charging is great on magsafe charger at home and ESR Halolock in the work truck. The phone stays on the Halolock on all but the roughest bumps btw. Anyhow, as for the screen protector it’s a good one. It’s a bit pricey that’s for sure, but what’s done is done.

Consider I just bought this product I was not happy that I was charged for shipping. To me it seems like the replacement the shipping charge should have been waived.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Product This is my sixth OtterBox and will be my last unless the Company improves the product. I loved all of my previous OtterBox cases as they came with a screen protector that didn’t need to be glued to the phone’s screen. The entire reason I got the Otter Box for $60 was to protect my screen, but only the outside cover came, and the website was not clear that it was not included. The screen protector, another $60, was a total waste of money. The first one came all cracked as it was just put in a flat envelope without any cushion to protect during shipping. In order to get a replacement, I needed to talk to Customer Service, and it took over 40 minutes to get someone on the line. Installation of the screen protector wasn’t easy as shown in the video. The screen protector didn’t line up correctly, and every time the OtterBox case was put back on, the bubbles would appear. I pressed bubbles to the edges with the squeegee, and they were not there prior to putting the phone back in the case but will show up afterward. I had to redo it three times, and it’s not easy to take the phone out of the plastic OtterBox shell, the bubbles still appear on the screen. Horrible product, I would not recommend it to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In the nick of time I have a new iPhone 12 and have found myself dropping it consistantly chipping the edges somewhat. I was told I would get an Otterbox for Father's Day. I was hoping I could keep from destroying it by then. Well I got it, sat down very carefully and installed my iPhone 12 in it. Whew! So far the drops and such were not very high, but that day, installing security camera's I managed to knock it of the top of my ladder! hit on one corner, bounced up to smack another and seems to have tumbled for about six feet landing face down. I just stared at it from the ladder, So much for that one, managing to recover from the shock, I hustled over to it and gently picked is up fearing the worse...WOW. Not a crack or anything. The phone was perfect. Thanks Otterbox for a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 12/12Pro Amplify Subpar alignment The applicator alignment tool has been redesigned to expand and accommodate a variety of phones and has turned this into a subpar experience. The tool has angled corners that allow the phone to sit at an angle, and unlike the iPhone Xs applicator, there is a slight space between the edge and the screen protector. On top of that, the screen protector is on a permanently attached piece of plastic on the bottom that you have to pull, hard, to get the screen protector to the top of the phone, which in turn makes aligning it on the phone hard, as well as allowing the phone to twist in the alignment tool. The left edge is already peeling up because it's too far over, and the right side I hope is protected. For $49 id expect a superb experience like the Se2, 8, X, and Xs applicators were for me. I hope the glass itself is still high quality as the previous ones were for me,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works really well The 12pro is just big enough and slippery enough that it’s a bit hard to work one-handed. The Otterbox w pop up make that really easy, without being too bulky to fit in a pocket. the anti glare amplify protectant screen is easy to install, really cuts glare and stays clean a long time. Right stuff. Pricey but worth it. IMHO

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent Screen Protector I bought OtterBox for the brand recognition and because I’ve been burned by buying cheap no name brands. I’m overall pretty happy with it. Attaching it was fairly easy, though it took a few tries to get dust off the sticky side. Once attached it went on as expected and has been great. I trust it will do the trick well considering my previous experiences with OtterBox products.

I used the new placement aligning tool that is used to apply the screen protector to the phone, but sadly the new tool style provided does not put the screen protector on correctly. Myself and some of my friends all used it when applying the new protector and all of ours went on too low and slightly crooked, causing the otterbox case to clip the screen protector, making it bubble off where the case was pressing on it. I had to peel it off and reapply it by hand AFTER placing the otterbox case on the phone, to ensure the screen protector wouldn’t be pinched. I am awaiting for my replacement screen protector, which is on backorder, as re-placing the screen protector has caused the adhesive around the edges to not fully stick to the phone now. Great screen protector, bad new placement aligner tool.

With otter box customer service down, I could not chat, call or email anyone with my issue. Because of this I had to purchase from another company and still need to try and get a refund from otter box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protector saved my phone screen I just purchased my 2nd Otterbox Amplify screen protector for my iPhone 12 mini. I dropped my phone on rocks and thought the screen was completely shattered. After a long resign, I pulled off the screen protector and found the screen was completed intact. The protector gave up its life for the $250 screen. Thank you! I do have a question. The broken screen was perfectly transparent, but the replacement is noticeable blue, and kind of milky in the sun. Is this the "Blue Light" version? I prefer the original, but didn't realize there were different flavors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cracked Within Two Weeks For No Reason I've been using Otterbox products for years and I've never had an issue with quality until now. First of all, I'm not sure if it's the blue light protection or the antimicrobial design, but as soon as you take the phone outside, the screen protector takes a blue sheen that's difficult to see through without raising the brightness of the phone higher than normal. This was an inconvenience we could live with, however, the screen protector suddenly cracked FOR NO REASON after just two weeks of use. The phone has never been dropped! Extremely disappointed in the sudden lack of quality, and I really hope this doesn't extend to other Otterbox products considering the elevated prices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs work with otter box cases I’ve been through several of these this past 4 months. They don’t work well with otterbox defender cases which I’ve used for years. The tolerance between the defender case and the screen protector on the IPhone 12 is too tight. During normal daily use the case will flex and pop the screen protector loose. I have a iPhone 11 and no issues. Please fix this otterbox

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not happy with purchase I paid about $60 for this upgraded antiglare cover and followed all the instructions but after putting the cover on it had very tiny bubbles between the cover and the iPhone glass. After repeated attempts to get the bubbles out I gave up and reverted to a spare $5 cover I purchased on Amazon and it worked perfectly.
