I have very limited technological know-how and assumed I would end up hosing the modem replacement. Instead, the installation and set up was easy-peasy, instructions were easy to follow, and the modem has worked perfectly since the day it was activated.

I’m kicking myself now...I should have done that a long time ago! Now that I’m getting a better speed everything is easier. No more waiting for downloads or random disconnects. This modem keeps me connected and things are downloading faster than ever!

Setup was very quick including the activation step required by Spectrum. The modem has been installed for ~4 weeks with no issues.

I have consistently gotten speeds at about 212 gigs (subscribe to the 200 package). BTW, not using the suddenlink speedtest. Very happy with this modem and would highly recommend!

I'm on a plan that is supposed to be 150 down, but usually got 85 with my old modem. Now, I get 175-200 down with the CM600, no other changes. Has been rock solid since June!

Wifi range, connectivity and speed are fantastic. Current firmware would need to be rebooted twice daily or internet speed would be 1 to 3 MB on 100MB service. Went with renting to Wowway modem/router to solve issue.
