My iPhone is in a defender otter box case. It doesn’t connect when I set it on the charger unless I fiddle with it for several moments and even then sometimes I give up and use a standard plug in connection.

In order for my S20+ to charge, I need to remove my pone case. It also is not a "fast charge" pad so it takes twice as long as the cord charger that came with the phone. It is worth the price I paid (on sale with a coupon code).

This charger doesn’t work 100% on my iPhone SE2. I bought a case that is slim enough and is supposed to work with this charger, but the phone won’t boost a charge on this charger. Sometimes my phone will keep buzzing like it’s connecting and disconnecting as well. The charger is also SUPER finicky as to how the phone should be placed on top of it, so if you don’t have it placed perfectly, it won’t work.

I like this pad very much. The price is great! You have to set your phone on it just right to get it to charge. Once you've used the charger a few times, it's not hard to find the sweet spot. This pad is lightweight, ideal for traveling. It doesn't charge my phone that quickly. If I plug my phone into a 2.4A USB port with a cable, the charge time is quite a bit faster.

I have an iPhone 11 . However the pad does charge through my case but I notice that it gets hot rather quick. Don’t know what is up with that but it works. I do have to put it on the pad just right so it can charge. You can’t just place it in there and walk away.

It was shipped promptly, works as advertised, but the phone gets warm while charging which I think in the long run is not good for the phone. The “instructions” were barely helpful. Basically plug it in and unplug when not in use, then a lot of legal and safety jargon.

doesn't always charge
sometimes doesn't charge.. have to move it around so that it gets the sweet spot. sometimes I feel like I didn't even touch it and it stops charging...

Doesn’t work for me
Not happy with this item, won’t order again. Sometimes charges, doesn’t charge right away, have to readjust phone. Don’t have that issue with other chargers like this. So far only item I am unhappy with.

HORRIBLE! If you have anything on your phone it will not charge
With a case it will charge but it is constantly going off and on because it’s not leveled. The pictures of this charging pad is very deceiving. There is a lip on the top so that your phone does not lay flush. So in order for it to get a decent charge and that’s me being very generous, you must take off the case. I have already returned one after using it for only one week because it actually just stopped working one day. I just received a second one and now this one overheats and starts blinking even when my phone is perfectly lined on the pad. I have to unplug it and try to reset it and ends up doing the same thing so I’m returning this as well and looking for something else.
