This charger is amazing. I love that I can just sit my phone down to charge. I also love that while Im at work multiple people are able to use it when they forget their charger as long as their phones has wireless charging capabilities.

First one I purchased developed a problem with the power adapter. Contacted ZAGG and they replaced it immediately. No problems have been encountered with the replacement.

I have a charging pad next to my bed for nighttime and I like it so well, I bought another to use in our living area. So much better, and safer, that using the plugin cords. All I have to do is place it on and pick up and go when you need it. No cords to pull out!

Love it. Just drop your phone down on the pad and it cherps at you. As simple as that. It charges pretty fast too. IPhone 8 works on this pad but iPhone 7 and lower doesn’t .

Took a bite out of the Apple!
I was skeptical when I received the Pad Plus charger as a gift. I’ve had some hand & arm surgeries & dropping things is a daily occurrence. So I protect my iPhones with the thickest, hard rubber Otter Box phone cases. I didn’t hold out much hope that the charger would work through them. Absolutely no problem! The phone not only charges but does so in less than half the time of anything from Apple or elsewhere. This is my second one, works as well as the first. Plus I got it on sale from Zagg at a super price. One for home, one in the travel bag.
After a phone, tablet etc. the first thing is now Zagg! Too good to pass up on sale or not.

I cannot tell if it is charging properly or not. I am replacing my Mophie hoping that is the problem but only time will tell. For now charging is not working properly for me.

For some time I had been interested in Mophie products. When my wife got a new Samsung with wireless charging, this seemed like the perfect gift. In the past, the single point of failure on her phones seems to have been the charging cord socket. This will no longer be an issue. All she has to do is put the phone down and it charges. Very unobtrusive and very reliable. Zagg handled the order easily and the product arrived much quicker than anticipated. We will definitely be ordering again.

I purchased the charge stream pad+ so that I could use a USB C to HDMI cord to connect my phone to a display while charging my phone, but this won't charge while the device is plugged into a monitor.
The pad also seems to be inconsistent in the placement of the phone and charging. I place my phone a certain way on the charger and it may or may not charge after charging in the same spot previously used. I've tested as many times as possible to reasonably eliminate the likelihood of user error.
When the stream pad+ does work as expected, it works well. My phone is an LG so it does not charge as fast as would a Samsung or Apple device.

Sensitive to phone placement
I have two charge stream pads +. Both are used with iPhone 11 Pro phones, each of which has an outer protective case which mates with a belt holster.
The phones will charge, albeit slowly overnight, but...the placement of the phones on the "Morphie" pads is critical. Unless I get it just right, the phone will not charge or will not fully charge. I often have to pick up and reset the phone to get it exactly centered on the disc, both east to west and north to south. There are no guide marks on the Morphie surface to help, it's strictly eyeball and it's too easy to be off a little. It actually is taking more time than the "old" way of just plugging the phone into a connector mated to a charger.
The advantage is that I don't have wear and tear on the connector female part in the phone or the male part with the plug.
I wish there was a more positive way to assure that the phone was charging other than to observe the charging light coming on. If I move the phone even a little I risk it becoming disconnected from the charger. Not the best system, but for anyone who buys or uses this Morphie charger be careful to make sure the phone is charging and don't jostle it at night if you pick it up and try to put it back without looking directly down at the phone placement on the Morphie disc.

When mine came in, I plugged into the wall using the charging box that came with it and it started blinking a white light. Then I plugged into the wall using a different charging box and it still didn’t work. I’m not sure what part doesn’t work but the charging pad won’t charge my phone. Overall I’m not very happy with this purchase and I would return it, but the package didn’t come with a return badge so now I’m stuck with it.

Light is not bright and is too small
When your charging your phone, the led light is too small and the led light isn’t bright enough. It would be nice if the led could go super bright when you first put it down on the charger and them dim out after 15 seconds, this way you would know its charging and you don’t wake up to a dead phone.
