I bought this when ordering a new laptop from Dell and at first I wasn't sure because I was concerned about how these things normally go threw a lot of batteries. Well is been a few weeks now and I have yet to have to replace them. To put things into perspective I actually use this device 16 hours a day as I telecommute from home. I absolute love the mouse to and there again I have not had to replace the batteries. I use both for my desktop and laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keyboard/mouse combo The wireless K320 keyboard malfunctioned after only 2 days of use - it would stop responding completely even after cycling the on/off switch and even after replacing the batteries. I would have to reboot the computer to get it functioning again. The mouse continued to work perfectly. I put my old wireless K520 keyboard/mouse on the new system and it functions flawlessly. I received the keyboard within a few days of ordering the system, but it took a few weeks longer to the get the 8700 system itself.

This new keyboard was so easy to setup and has zero issues. It types crisp and clean and it just works. The mouse was also easy to set up. This is an outstanding value and it just works like a champ.

I work in an accounting office and I've been using my 320 combo here for a couple of years and it has been fantastic, everything is solid, never any connection problems, not once (unless you count a dead battery). The mouse is solid and accurate and the keys on the keyboard are comfortable and reliable. The only con I would even consider is the mouse and keyboard are not that quiet. Not loud by any means but you definitely hear the clicks and keystrokes. Overall, a great product and I'm about to order a couple more.

They are cheaper in price, so they do not feel like the 520 or higher model. Remember, most of the time get what you pay for. The GOOD: - They are RF with a tiny USB dongle. Even in an office with 40 of these in proximity of each other, no interference with one another. Plus RF and dongle means they connect right away, no waiting for Bluetooth to connect. - True plug and play capable with Windows. - Inexpensive , so if the kids beat the keyboards, or someone dumps coffee/soda/water/martini on the keyboard, it is not a major expense to replace. The BAD: - They do not have a nice "feel" to them. IF you are are expecting the same quality as you would get out of a heavier keyboard, or an ergonomic, these are not it. The keyboard is okay. - Mouse feels like a toy. It is extremely light in weight. While it does not have any performance issues, it feels cheap because of the size and weight. Especially if you are used to some of Logitech's heavier mice.

I have a laptop but always but I have lazy wrists so the heel of my hand kept hitting the touch pad, which resulted in the cursor moving - annoying. The keyboard eliminated the problem. I can take just the keyboard to relax on the sofa while working, instead of the whole laptop. And the mouse can be used on practically any surface. Also the control buttons on the keyboard makes my life so easy-just press one key instead of multiple keys especially when you want to print. Cons: Sometimes it takes a minute or two to sync with your computer when switching between computers. Other than this. No problem. I love it since I'm tech illiterate this was the easiest thing ever. Just plug it in. Its so great, my boss has asked that I get these for the office. Awesome

The weight makes it ideal for easy portability. And the battery life is exceptional. It installs easily and fast. CONS None REVIEW As an avid Logitech user, this unit was purchased to replace an older IOGEAR keyboard unit that I paid 3 times as much as the Logitech. Although it was a great unit, it did not last as long as any of my previous Logitech purchases. The craftsmanship of the Logitech keyboard is exceptional. The keys have a superior tactile feel to most competitors, making it easy to use. It is a well balanced keyboard with just the right number of additional function keys in just the right place. A no-frills keyboard at a bargain price that actually outperforms other keyboards costing twice as much as this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall, Pretty Good Combo Overall, I'd give this combo a Good to Very Good rating. It misses the Excellent rating because of the mouse...it's tiny. My hands aren't gigantic, but the mouse just does not fit comfortably with your hand because the back (part with Logitech stamped on it) is too small and doesn't extend into your palm. I'll probably just go back to my BT Dell mouse instead (unless I return everything) and use with the new keyboard. Kinda defeats the combo purpose, however. Other than that, the keyboard is very functional and has the extra sound, home, etc keys across the top that I wanted. It also has a nice one touch calculator button, so you don't have to click a few times to find it in Microsoft. A plus that both keyboard and mouse come with batteries. The keyboard also has the adjustable feet on the back for either flat use or angled use. Received the combo promptly, plugged the little receiver into the side of my monitor, turned everything on and worked like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely underwhelmed I had a Logitech wireless combo MK320 which I used for nearly a decade before deciding it was time to replace it. No problems ever, except for the letters on the keys eventually wearing off. So when I saw the MK320 was still available, I thought why mess with a good thing? I'll just get a new set to replace the old, right? Wrong. I don't know why they're still calling this MK320 when it is not nearly as good as the older model I have. The keyboard works fine, and worked right out of the box after adding the wireless dongle. But the "feel" isn't the same. At. All. I do a lot of freelance typing from home and I depend on a quality keyboard. This feels cheap. I don't get as much contact, the keys have too much jiggle, the profile seems flatter, and many of the functions on the older keyboard simply aren't there anymore on the new one. The mouse feels cheap too. It has a smaller profile too and does not have the heft of the older one, which means it's so lightweight it just flies around all over the place. I've had to go into control panel and adjust the mouse so many times I've lost count, and I'm still not happy with it. It also freezes often, especially the wheel, which I use to scroll pages of documents. I sometimes have to scroll backwards just to get it to re-engage and scroll forward again. Not happy at all. Wish I'd opted for a more expensive combo, or heck even a less expensive one if this is the best I can expect. Logitech has never let me down before, but they sure did with this combo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why change a good thing? Lights? Support? For decades, computer keyboards have had a horizontal 3x2 arrangement of Insert, Home, Page Up, Delete, End, and Page Down. This KB moves the Insert up to the FN row, makes Delete oversized and rearranges the remaining to a vertical 2x3, offset from the arrow keys. Why change it? No scroll, num, caps lock indicator lights! I thought I was missing something, so I called tech support at Logitech. There are no lights, but "we have an app for that!" The app, supposedly the latest version for WIN-8 64-bit, did nothing. The tech and i fussed and played with it to no avail until he advised "We don't support Windows 8 64-bit." Even though the app was written for that O/S. Tech support then recommended I Google for an app, which I downloaded from CNET.

I am rarely home so when I bought a desktop.. two days later I just scratched my head and tried to figure out what I was going to do with it.. I thought for sure it would just be a dust collector like my old pc. I absolutely love this computer! I use it when I am home all the time! I love the fact that under my desk there are no cords all tangled up and the versitality of the mouse and keyboard! I think this is the best purchase I have made in a long time!! I am on all the time trying to figure out what to do with all the "real unuseful" purchases I made that I dont have a clue what to do with!

The keyboard/mouse USB transciever sticks out too far from the USB jack, making it quite vulnerable to hitting something and possibly damaging the main board when used with a laptop computer. Also, the keyboard could have used AA sized batteries instead of AAA sized. This increase would allow for longer battery life as well as maybe allowing the manufacturer to add some indicators for "keyboard on" as well as "Caps Lock", "Num Lock", etc. The new, high efficiency, high brightness LEDs that are available these days would not make too much of an impact on battery life if AA's were used instead of AAA's.

I keep having to jiggle it to get it to come back on. Had already thrown box away before I knew this would be an on going problem. I have to fiddle with switch and then gently pound on the desk and then letters start popping up. I love the look, the feel of keyboard and mouse. Mine just may have a glitch in it.....but I am disappointed in it. Dell has never failed me before.

I use it as a remote control while streaming videos from my laptop to my TV. It has been very useful for this as well.

This kit used to ship with a keyboard and mouse that was compatible with a universal receiver. It no longer does. I don't recommend this unit because the keyboard and mouse are only compatible with the dongle that ships with the kit. If you lose this dongle, you will have to buy a new keyboard and mouse.

What surprised me was the size of the mouse. In my humble opinion, it is too small. But maybe that is just me. My existing mouse was a Logitech wireless product, and I ended up keeping it, because I like the feel of it compared to this new one.

The keys are soft touch which I really like, and the mouse is very easy to move around. I do wish it would have come with a little explanation about what all the function keys do and the silver ones at the top. It would help when switching keyboards but I will figure it out. Good product - buy it!

I've been so accustomed to using and for cutting and pasting that now I manage to mess up documents when I'm not focused on looking at the keyboard to make sure my keystrokes are in the right place. If I knew I was going to have this much frustration, I'm not certain I would have purchased this.

The keys have a light weight feel to them and are very noisy when typing. It gets the job done but if you are looking for something that feels professional look elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable keyboard and mouse I use this keyboard and mouse for my laptop at my desk. I also keep the mouse with my laptop where ever I go because I don't like the mouse pads on laptops. I also don't like the keyboards on most laptops. I do need a laptop though to travel from place for the technical work I do. I have had Microsoft keyboards and mouse's and found them very expensive and no more useful than this keyboard and mouse set up. In fact I have had very expensive Microsoft keyboards and mouse's fail on me while the Logitech seems to just keep on going. The battery usage is sufficient needing replacement about every 3 to 4 months. I have had my keyboard and mouse located as far as 15 feet away from the computer with no issues. I like the wire less USB adapter. It is small and does not stick out too far. I like having a special calculator button to press when I need the windows calculator program to come up. It saves me time trying to find and click on the calculator icon. I can also eliminate one more desktop short cut. The button is conveniently located just above the keypad as well. There is also a quick key for your email and internet which also eliminates yet two more desktop short cuts if you want. The keys are a little "clicky" but due to the loud manufacturing environment I am in, it really isn't that noticeable. Certainly no more than other keyboards I've owned. The keyboard has feet in the rear that can be "flipped out" to adjust the keyboard angle for a more ergonomic feel. The only extra I wish it could do was have back light for use when the lights are low. I know this would be a drain on the battery, so I'm not so sure that would be a good trade off. I do like the longer battery life. So far, I have had very good luck with Logitech products as a whole and do highly recommend them.

I did have to go into my computer's mouse setting and set the mouse speed lower, more to what I'm used to with a corded mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect combo The keyboard and mouse combo are perfect, they share a receiver, which is ok with me, the only problem i find is that this logitech mouse is a little different than my other wireless mouse, the receiver only "buttons" to the bottom instead of sliding it onto it and it turning the mouse off you have to turn the mouse off manually but its not that big of a problem

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Equipment - Good Price The MK320 wireless keyboard & mouse works quite well to control my computer from a few feet in front of my big screen TV/computer display without wires crossing the walk path in front of the display. The keyboard gives me a quick volume control for audio output if I use the computer to listen to music or streaming video w/ sound & saves hunting for the on-screen volume control. Battery life looks like it will be OK, but the Energizer bunny is still dancing & I haven't determined the limits on that. I tend to be cautious until items have proven themselves many times over, but I would give the MK320 combo an A+ from what I have seen so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hardware issue occured within 6 months Worked fine for 6 months, then I noticed that when pressing Shift plus exclamation point, it did not work. However, the number 1 key (which is where the exclamation point symbol is) worked fine still. So I began testing various Shift + keys and found many symbols and capital letters were not working. I tried new batteries. I tried using the left Shift as well as the right Shift, both with the same result. I tried connecting it to a different computer and the same result. I contacted Logitech and they stated that it is a hardware failure and that they will replace it. I needed to locate the receipt to submit the warranty replacement claim. I am in the process of getting it replaced. Other than this issue, which made using it extremely aggravating, or next to impossible, the keyboard was a good one. It connected easily, was pleasant to type on and was decent design.

Several topics regarding this keyboard on Logitech support website. You can also google 'Logitech K330 freezes". There is no fix as I have been searching. New batteries, unifying receiver software, turn on/off, driver update... nothing works. It's a travesty that this is still being sold as I can't return this because I purchased using a Dell Promotional code. I ended up just using a wired keyboard because at least it works.

I don't know why anyone would think it is a good idea not to have this feature. And the mouse often times has to be clicked many times before it will read the link, etc. Overall I think wired works a lot better. I purchased this to get away from so many wires but I'm not sure the frustration is worth it.

Super easy setup. I find the mouse to be a little odd shaped, maybe smaller than I'm used to. The keyboard is great - ergonomic and light.

I had a wireless mouse that worked fine, but decided to use this one....the back part broke off as soon as I tried to open it to put in a battery. The keyboard seems to have a mind of it's own and will only work effectively no more than 15" (estimate) from the source. Very dissappointed in this product overall.

One minor quirk though that takes a little bit to get used to is the slightly modified Home/End/Delete/Page Up/Page Down area. Being that I use keyboard shortcuts often that involve the home/end/delete keys - this still catches me off guard once in a while especially when returning from using a system that has a more traditional layout in this area.
