I would rate it 5 stars except that when I use it with iPhone apps like Maps, the volume adjusts to a level so low that I can't hear it. Increasing the volume doesn't help, so I need to put it on speaker.

I'm happy to say the length of battery life has improved over the previous Jabra headsets I have used. This headset would be even better if the width of the device with the volume control was thinner, which would make it easier to put behind my ear.

The ear piece is too large and causes irritation to my ear. the voice recognition is sometimes very frustrating and doesn't work consistently. After only 3 weeks of use the unit has stopped working and keeps switching on and off all the time. I am not impressed considering the high price.

It has great features including the touchscreen display. The Bluetooth range reaches very far. The audio is clear and the call quality overall is great. The ear piece itself is comfortable, however, not very flexible. If you have small ears, you will experience some issues getting the ear piece to fit comfortably. The over all Motion system is great, but the ear piece could use a better design to accommodate small ears.

I seem to have less voice recognition with yours. My LG G4 with google speech has no trouble with commands, however your product seems to have a problem either hearing or understanding commands. .

For the bluetooth headsets, the Jabra Motion stands out far above others. The Smart Motion Senor is outstanding. There is no call being redirected to your pocket and no noise while you are fumbling around to get it and put it on your ear. That feature out does the slight sound quality difference between this one and the Legend (by that other company). It also connects and stays connected to the phone.

These days even low end BT headphones can connect to two devices but this one does not connect to your phone and laptop at the same time. If I want to connect to laptop I have to switch off the base station

Although the microphone appears to do a good job cancelling background noise in a busy environment, the loudness of the device prevents you from using it in a noisy environment, pretty much defeating the microphone's noise cancellation qualities. Otherwise, the unit works well. Gets staticy every once in a while - a bit weird.

Cell phones for people that are hard of hearing and with diminished eyesight are a right pain, but not anymore using this Bluetooth device.

It is very easy to use and has excellent battery life. Being able to connect to my cell phone by just moving the microphone arm up and down was an wonder idea. The one problem I am having is the size of the device. I have small ears and I wear glasses. I find it hard to put the phone on. It is also hard to keep the device on because of my eye glasses it keeps falling off.

It has a long batery time, great sound, feels good to wear, and the design were you use the base to recharge, instead of using a lose cord, works great. I also like the fact that it connects with both my business phone and cell phone, since I receive calls on both. I also have it connected with my computer and use it for Dragon Voice dictation.
