I would like to know if I am on a Phone call with my physical Phone... How would I then answer a call from my PC without hanging up on the original phone call ? ? ? ?
Audio Quality is GREAT
Range (Distance) is GREAT
Just needs a better/easier user instruction guide.

It's a good product but it has two flaws
1) it makes my ears sweat.
2) It won't let me remotely answer calls on my Avaya phone.
Otherwise, great battery life , functionality, and quality.

The Jabra Engage 65 is one of the most comfortable headset I have ever worn. The range from the base is great! With the USB connection to the PC you can stream music and still answer the phone when calls come in. I highly recommend this device!

I really like this headset. The way it fits on my head is nice, and the sound quality is good. Integration with my desk phone is seamless, and the softphone functions work very nicely as well. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has no active noise cancellation, which I was lead to believe it did have. It does have noise cancellation in the microphone, which is handy, but since this is a headset geared for desk phones (Call center applications), it would be nice if it has active noise cancellation.

I am using the product during cycling, commuting between my work place and home. I Bluetooth it to my android smart phone to enjoy music and make phone calls. I also use it with my iPad and Windows PCs. The Bluetooth connection of the product is straightforward and stable once they are connected. The internal battery lasts sufficiently long during my commuting time, one and half hours. I am happy with its performance except when I try to answer a phone call by saying “answer” which does not seem to be recognized by my cell phone.

But on my set the headphone don't ring and it really lower the necessity to have a headphone.

The out of box connectivity and sound is good that may need optimization for personal preferences.
Jabra Direct needed to be downgraded to version 1.0 to recognize the device on a laptop. The application is helpful to personalize the headset.
The headset pressures ears to the point of needing to remove it. I stretched the metal head band that helps. I have worn it for over an hour after stretching with no issue, only downside it may fall of looking down.

Too much feedback. A lot of feedback for the first 10s then it goes away and then intermittently get feedback during the call. No help in fixing this.

I really like the headset however, I am having issues getting it adjusted. The person I am talking so says I sound weird. I move the mouth piece out as much as I can and still the same.

This headset in any type of helpdesk or call center is awesome for being able to allow freedom to walk away from the telephone. I do not have a reason to tie to more than one phone but i know that option is available.

Simple to use. Set up is ok, ear pieces don't fit and the headset pulls my hair. Otherwise, the sound and quality of the product are good. I recommend it.

Clarity on this headset is great. Weight is very light. Design is good, takes some getting used to as I was accustomed to the older design where the mic comes further out in front.
Biggest complaint of this headset is the range. My old GN9125 probably went 25 ft further than this one. Once I reach a point in my office, I lose all connection.
Overall very good, nice features, clarity is great, weight is light. I would consider this again if the range was further than currently

This is the headset that works with my phone system. I like it but it was challenging to set up. The instructions provided were sadly lacking. I finally had to go to product support to get the full instructions.
I still haven't figured out how to set it up so that I can use it for sound on my computer (i.e. so that I can listen to computer based training with audio).
