Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good, but missing critical feature for me Many who purchase a wide format printer will use it to make booklets using folded 11x17 paper printed two sides. Unfortunately, although HP advertises that this printer will automatically print two sides (duplex), it will not do it using 11x17 (A3) paper. Likely you will only find this out after you have made the purchase and are reluctant to return the big, heavy printer. If your job does not include double-sided A3 printing for booklets then this is a 4 or 5 star printer. For my work, only 2 stars because I have to do a manual work-around and cannot start a job and let it run. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SO FAR, SO GOOD! SETUP: Brainlessly easy (I'm 73).. No instructions needed. Double drawers fit and ledger-sized (11 x 17") paper easily inserts, feeds and--most importantly prints on both sides. No SNAFUS! PHOTO SHARPNESS: Printouts on even cheap paper are excellent compared to my previous HP 7612. SCANNING: Totally easy - identical to my last printer, so no learning curve. Documents scan well. I'm excited to scan my 11 x 14" orchestral scores (music) with all my added bowing directions for the bass players. We've had to put up with such terrible copies! ONE SLIGHT BUG (and maybe it's me) - the printer monitor kept defaulting back to 8.5 x 11 paper size when I was originally setting the 11 x 17" size. Need to figure this out. In general, window instructions could be a little clearer but I haven't had time to play around yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from President / Project Manager We finally got the printer to work with the help from Tec Support (S2V Infotech). I really liked my 7500A printer which I didn't used that much. I could print 13x19 paper. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as its big brother OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wanted a smaller version of the OfficeJet Pro 7740, which is an excellent printer, but this model is not satisfactory. Works okay out of the box, but it was donated to a needy relative, due to:- No USB card or stick port- Cannot seem to make dual side copies of dual side originalsSeems like a decent printer otherwise, will update.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product!! This product is very reliable, affordable, and easy to use. I love it, and I am even able to use the same ink cartridges I used in my previous printer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just my style I previously had a wide format HP printer and was looking for a new one. The best feature for me on this printer is that the scan bed is legal size.I do lots of stationery projects. I can feed banner paper through with ease. No matter if it is a long or short banner. It prints very quickly and is fairly quite. Most new printers don't come with the software CD, but this one does. Any updates needed will load automatically so you don't have to go searching. The white colirxwoll go with any decor you have.CONS: Again I find that there is no 2-2 side printing when using the touch screen. I wish HP would include this feature. However, you can do it from the HP Assistance Program on your computer. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase, and recomend it to all HP fans looking for a new printer that Wii last you for years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
