Worked for a few months, then stopped; when you 'cancel' a project, it spits out 2 or 3 'Printer Status Reports' - thus using up your allotted pages; when you print on clear sheets, it leaves lines across the back; it has NEVER given me notice that ink is low until I print something and it's poor quality; it won't 'take' glossy paper anymore... Need I go on??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setup and copying. The setup did not work with the CD, it took two hrs. of aggravation to set up. You have to feed the paper to the machine to copy a sheet. It is hard to perfectly line up the paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer at a great price. I bought this printer for our vacation home use. We do not have a computer there, only iPads and iPhones. I was concerned that the setup would require a computer, it did not. I took my time, loaded the HP app., and soon I had all our devices printing from it. The printing was much faster than the reviews I had read. HP must have cleaned up the software. The scanner worked fast as well. I am very pleased. I highly recommend using the HP App to configure your setup and download the User Manual from their site. The printed instruction that came in the box are very short and easily misunderstood. If you get it right, it is a great printer, especially for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small and Easy I purchased this as a 3758 (red) at a local store. It is light and small. Prints well. Copy function some limits as it is a scan through copy . It is billed as "All-in-one" which used to mean Fax included, but now it is Print-Scan-Copy-Web. A fax function through phone line (vs. web based) would have been the perfect solution for me. That being said, I keep this in a cubpoard off the kitchen and can pull it out and plug it in quickly for the casual print jobs--a recipe, someone wants to print off their phone, etc. Price makes it worth considering for a utility role,. I am a bit leery of the Tri-color cartridge set-up but have not had it long enough to know for sure if once one color runs out, I could print text, for example, using one of the other colors.

My previous printer did. Both are in the same location. I have approximately seven case numbers related to the difficulties I have had with the printer. It constantly goes offline.

It takes a super long time to print and when it finally finishes, the quality is sooo poor. I thought I needed new ink, (because it prints as if the ink is low), but that was just a waste of money too. Unfortunately I lost the receipt to return it so I'm stuck with this useless piece of plastic. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took a while to get a good print! I have never seen in print (maybe an oversite) where you must use the supplied ink cartridges for initial setup. I ordered "XL" cartridges at the same time of purchase because we tend to go thru the standard size pretty fast. When setting up the printer I inserted the "XL" cartridges immediately and had difficulty trying to get good clear prints. Had to take the "XL" cartridges out and put the "set up" cartridges in; I guess that is why they are marked "set up"!! Hoping it will still print clearly when I put the "XL" cartridges back in.

This printer refuses to connect to my wifi and laptop. I cannot print and have been trying to uninstall and reinstall software, different methods to connect it, and it just won't work after the first day I used it.

It's ok for home printing. Not that great if you have a lot of pages or documents to print on a daily basis. A little noisy. Setup instructions could have been easier.

The biggest flaw was that each time I tried to print, it would say that the ink was low. I only printed things a handful of times through the months since I've purchased the product, but it was a consistent headache. I went through 8 ink cartridges between the black and the colors within three months . It was so wasteful and irritating. How are these inks not more stable?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Freezes Considering the price, this computer is disappointing. My tiny Surface Pro could handle multiple open tabs in the middle of a supertyphoon. This HP computer freezes when three tabs are open. The wi-fi connection disappears for no reason. I am thinking of sending this back. The mouse that came with it was badly designed, rough edges digging into my hand. I had to buy the more expensive one. It's quite stressful using it, especially when one works in media.

My computer never recognizes the printer as "on" when I am trying to print, and trust me I have spent a long time trying to trouble shoot this. It only prints after I have printed a test page and that's only half the time. I have never been able to hook up wireless printing successfully. As a college student, I was looking for a small but efficient printer but this one has only given me headaches and frustration. I absolutely would not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a piece of junk It would literally be faster to make tools from stone, and then use those tools to carve your document into a tree, which you have grown from a seed and nurtured into a mature tree, and then take that tree document and wait for it to petrify. Then you could turn your petrified stone document in to wherever it needs to go and the HP 3755 will still have your paper in que.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nightmare to set up and misleading specs This printer claims to have manual duplex printing capabilities (i.e., prints the odd pages, remove pages from tray, flip and re-insert, it prints the even pages). It has NO duplex printing capabilities. If you have time to print each page of a 30-page document one by one, then go ahead and buy this printer. I still wouldn't recommend it though because the set up was awful -- convoluted and sent me in circles. Set up process involves the printer automatically printing multiple pages of instructions (waste of paper and ink).

The DeskJet 3755 is far better than what I expected, even for HP. It scans, it prints double-sided, and it works quickly. I'm thrilled with the quality--especially for the price!

Our printer was damaged during a move, we have always used HP printers, so felt comfortable running into BestBuy and picking this item up without in-depth research. This item was chosen because we lack the space we have been accustomed to in a home office, the size and price were appealing to me. We initially installed the printer on our MAC and I also connected my laptop and cell phone. My husband is a medical professional in the military and I work for a federal dental office, we both print documents almost daily. This printer is infuriating to use, the time it takes to print one page, let alone a packet of documents, is insane. One evening I started to print documents (6 pages)that were sent to my cell phone from a contractor, I started the print job at home, left and drove aimlessly to the nearest print store, forward the documents to the kid working the counter to print, and returned home before the job was complete. I do not recommend this product to anyone that requires an efficient printer. If you are only printing one or two pages at your own leisure, this may work for you. This item will never work for anyone who has deadlines.

It prints pretty slowly, but I only purchased it as a home-printer for occasional document or photo printing-- not to be a workhorse. It fits beautifully inside a piece of furniture so when not in use, it's hidden away but is ready to print when I need it.

She has a small apartment in an assisted living facility, uses a laptop regularly, and just wanted to be able to make prints and copies every once in a while. My son, who is a PhD student at Notre Dame, spent well over an hour trying to get it set up for her, and was not able too. It should not be that complicated. I can't really rate the product because we were not able to get it to work at all.

Wish HP would provide a cloud fax service to go with this printer. That would then provide a total solution for at home users who don't fax much and need to occasionally do it. Too many businesses still out there that require a fax. Unfortunately Faxing is still a necessity. Hopefully it will eventually disappear but in the mean time, please provide an hp cloud solution for the occasional fax user. Don't want to buy a printer that faxes and ties up a phone line.

This new printer is perfect for my limited space - small, compact and quality of printing is overall very good. Due to internet issues, I contacted HP Support for the software installation and they were extremely helpful and thorough, and installation was a breeze. HP has a fantastic customer support team! Overall, a great little printer/copier/scanner for the price. My only minor issue is that I prefer a more detailed hard copy of the user manual.

When I first got it I thought the paper was stuck because it took so long to come out. If you need something in a reasonable amount of time this is not the printer for you.

I have an HP Envy x360 with Ryzen 5 processor and no matter what I try to fix, this printer just will not print from my computer. However, it DOES print from my phone.. I'm not sure what the issue is, but hiccups like this seem to be an ongoing issue with all of the recent HP products.

It does print wirelessly, although it did take 24 hours for it to connect to my laptop which was right next to it and the modem. My only gripe is it prints VERY slowly. My old Hp that was 8 years old printed faster than this one does.

You have to put the document in the front slot and it pulls it through and not always copies it clearly. I like the big open scanners better.

Once you have the software installed and set-up, the wireless printing works great and if you only print occasionally the free ink is a pretty sweet deal. The only drawback I have come across is that the scanning function is so fiddly as to be almost worthless. There is no one-button scan, you'll be running back and forth between your printer and computer for each page. Or you can do as I did and stand with your computer in one hand as you hand feed documents with the other one. "Hand feed" as the documents are inserted in such a way that the pages hang off (not supported by the printer or aided by gravity) and the feeder isn't strong enough to pull it in by itself.

The bad: This is without a doubt the slowest printer I have ever had. I timed a black and white printed page and it took just over 4 minutes to print. If you print occasionally and are in no hurry this would be great. If you print a decent amount or are in any hurry I wouldn’t recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wireless connection constantly disconnects I have had this DeskJet 3752 for several months. I have Windows 10 and a wireless router/modem and use the printer wirelessly (or try to, anyway). It is always disconnecting from the wireless network and I don't know why. There is nothing that I do that can always be linked to becoming disconneted. Also, the manner in which I can resume connection is different from one instance to the next. Sometimes just turn the printer on and off, sometimes turn the network button on and off, sometimes use the Print Doctor utility that comes with the software, or sometimes restart the computer. Who knows what will work or not work next? I should have realized when I spent 3 hours with online chat to install the printer in the first place that something was amiss. I am finished with trying to make the wireless connection work and am now connected with a USB cable, which takes away the whole reason for buying this particular printer because I REALLY WANTED TO HAVE A WIRELESS PRINTER. My advice is if you want a wirelessly connected printer, go find something else. If you don't mind have a wired connection then this printer is fine.

I have reinstalled the printer software countless times, tried connecting it with only using the usb, and nothing has worked yet. I have visited every support option for the printer and the problem and still haven't figured it out. It should not be this hard to set up. I have probably spent almost 3 hours trying to set it up with no success. If you have a windows computer I would recommend a different printer.

Print quality is surprisingly good. It can print single copies through the top feed slot. It is a bit slow, but for small jobs, that is not a problem. Its small size does pose a limitation, there is no surface for laying books, magazines or other bulky items from which to make a copy. But then, that is not its intention. It is a super space saver that produces quality printing.

Unfortunately, you cannot copy anything that isn't paper thin and can be fed through a paper slot - and when it is done printing, it shoots the page out so forcefully that it flies right off the paper catch.

The ink runs out incredibly quick and it is THE SLOWEST printer I have ever owned. It was pretty easy to set up except for the web services part. Had some difficulty because the printer kept telling me it was connected to internet but I wasn’t getting a printed code to register with. Finally got it working by logging into my hp account. Very happy with speed of delivery on cartridge refills as well.

So not an easy setup for me. But then the black printer cartridge indicated it was empty. I reinserted the cartridge several times and even installed a brand new cartridge to no avail. The few test prints that came out in between rebooting the printer were faintly colored and illegible. After 10 hours struggling with the machine, I returned it for a different product.

That means you can set up HP's monthly payment service where you pay by the page rather than paying for very expensive ink cartridges. We went for months with no printer because we were tired of paying so much for ink replacement. The plans range from $0 to $19 a month. We are using the $2.99 for up to 50 pages. The cartridges you buy last about 300 pages and can cost up to $60/$70 for both BW & color. Do the math...it works in your favor. $120 for ink vs. $38 for Instant Ink plan. The even better part is the ink automatically comes directly to my door when I need it. No longer running out, then hunting all over for the lowest price I can find. I even had questions about the service and contacted their support line. Was on hold for a while (thanks to Corona), but rep was extremely friendly and helpful. Super happy with purchase and service.

I am now working from home as I am not allowed in my office building. I do not print often so I needed to purchase a printer to use for the next few months. It used up half the ink provided printing out pages of instructions on how to set up the printer. I signed up for the instant ink program and have been out of ink since 3 days after I received the printer. I hope the ink comes soon.

It prints okay, but the scan quality is awful, even on the highest setting. I'm having to trash this and try something different since the main thing I needed was a scanner.

It takes about four hours to troubleshoot how to reconnect to the network and during that process about 20 pages of paper with information about the printer spits out. Also, the printer never prints the bottom margin so flyers for PTA events look silly, address labels get cut off. I like the concept the printer is fine when it works, but I don't understand why this experience costs me $3 a month. Rather feel like you owe me for all the time I spend troubleshooting.

It prints out alot of instructions each time I want to print from the internet, using up my ink supply. After several hours of trying everything I could find in the directions and online I finally had to call CS. It turns out the WiFi set up you can not be on a 5G network. After switching over to my lower version network (works only with 2.4G) and resetting my router I was able to switch back to my 5G. All works well now with the help of CS! I just hope when I travel, switching to Mobile HotSpot isn't going to be as troublesome!

Printing is a bit slow compared to other models, but for the price and size, the slow speed is an acceptable trade off.

It's lightweight and very compact in size, which I am sure is great for someone using this printer for a business application involving travel and WiFi. My use is personal and at home with USB cable, so the wireless capability will not be used, which eliminates me from the replacement ribbon program. There were very clear set-up instructions in three languages, very helpful, but no owner's manual, just a page explaining the indicator lights. It took me one hour to figure out where and how to insert pages for scanning and copying. The scanner is great, but the copies are very, very slow and must be hand-fed and only one item, even if small, can be copied at a time. I'm used to copying, bill, check and envelope all on one page when paying bills.

Not having to connect it to my computer to be able to print through the wireless feature is so nice! There are 2 sizes of ink (regualr and XL) for this printer and it comes with the regular size, which only prints around 30 black only pages, so take advantage of the ink delivery option or order an XL when you buy the printer.

This error could not be resolved no matter what I did, there is no paper stuck on the inside, inlet, or outlet trays. I powered it off and on again to clear the codes, but it did not help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer This printer was really easy to connect to my computer. I have not used the wifi option yet. The computer recognized it immediately. I like that the default print option is set at the lowest resolution, saving me on printer ink when I don't nee high resolution. It prints faster than my previous deskjet printer, despite what I read in some reviews. The only thing I would have liked is for a full scanning bed like my previous printer. You have to get used to feeding what you want scanned through the top bar - hence the four stars. However, it also scans much faster than my previous printer. Print and scanner options are also easy to select. All in all, I really like this printer. Takes up much less desk space, which was one of the reasons I purchased it.

I have barely printed anything and the black ink is already depleted. It is also extremely slow! I picked an HP because all of my previous HPs have lasted forever and have been great quality but this one does not meet my expectations of an HP printer at all. Very unhappy, would return if I could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s alright I ordered this printer because I am a teacher, we will be starting the year teaching online from home and I really needed a printer to get my materials for teaching class prepared at home. This printer is ok... I was very disappointed that the black ink cartridge printer exactly 24 pages before it ran out of ink. I definitely expected better than that from HP. I use the instant ink program, so they will send me more, but it will take ten days. That doesn’t really help me to get prepared for the school year at all, and now I have to find another way to prepare resources for my students.

It takes up such a small amount of space. It's kind of slow, I wouldn't buy it if I was planning on printing out presentation decks, but it's perfect if you're looking for something for your home that takes up the smallest amount of space to print out shipping labels every now and then, driving directions, one page reports, etc. I love that it's white also, it's very clean looking and collects no dust! Best purchase I ever made!

They want you to go online, well the old computer cannot hook up to the internet. They do not make it easy. There should be a disk to install it. And customer service was not helpful. I took a survey and they said someone would call, and no one has. Over the years HP has been a good company, but this experience has not been. Still not able to print.

This model does just that. Sure the dye-based ink would fade on first wash, but for my purposes that isn’t an issue. Great little project printer.

HP does not provide drivers for this printer and Windows 10 does not directly support it. After about 2 hours online with tech support it worked. 3 days after getting the printer working, I get a popup on my screen that HP stopped supporting this printer OVER 2 MONTHS before I purchased it. There was nothing on the store listing that this was a discontinued model.

However making copies is very slow since you have to feed one sheet at a time. Scanning is even worse because adding additional pages takes three steps for each page. Spent over an hour on the phone with hp, after searching for troubleshooting points, they determined that the printer had to be returned.

I was going to purchase a compact printer from canon, unfortunately they didn’t fulfill it in two weeks and my school starting soon. I don’t remember exactly canon’s model number, it was a small and cute design, slightly bigger than 3755, and cost less. But I did not regret purchase 3755 after I put it under my desk, IT’S A PERFECT FIT! Super nice!

Just one cord is used to plug it into the wall. Love the instant ink program which works well for an occasional printer like me.

Directions are very confusing. What happened to the time one could activate by downloading the driver? Every time I hit one of the buttons, a sheet of paper was printed with information that did nothing to help understand what was needed. I wish it worked as promised. It is EXTREMELY slow.

I've tried a half dozen ways to make it work: I used the auto detect and install feature and it does't work. I tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor; it doesn't work, HP Smart doesn't work, etc. When it did work, it was ok. Scan was a pain in the butt because you have to handfeed each page through the scanner. Print quality isn't good either. Don't buy this. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra $50 and you'll get a good product. I'm throwing this one in the trash.

Feel like I have to go through a bunch of different steps to simply print. The print quality is fine. Does make a noise every time it starts to print but is otherwise pretty quiet.

When the copy comes out it shoot out so fast it could travel half way across my room. It cuts off on its own and then I got to turn it back on. I guess that is an energy saver. Leave my printer on. I will pay for the energy, thank you very much. After the above mal functions I can't wait till I try and scan something.

The way you have to feed in the paper you want to scan or copy is not as easy to do if it had a lift top to put docs on to scan or copy. Not as good as my prior HP printer which HP no longer makes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for small spaces but has flaws. I bought this for virtual learning. However, the school ipads do not allow for you to download the app to be able to print from them. Also cannot use the email feature either, because the kids are only able to email others in their school. Only means to print is to connect to the printer wifi, however, you have to disconnect from the internet in order to do so. Just not that practical for this use. But for home use its great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little printer I was looking for a compact all-in-one, not portable, just something small enough to fit on my desk and it fits the bill perfectly. I don't print a lot and I didn't want a huge printer cluttering my desktop real estate. The printer was easy to setup, I will admit I didn't follow the instructions the first time I tried to set it up but after I figured out I missed some steps and started over, the printer was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased a cord because I was having this issue. My computer didn't even recognize that I connected the printer directly to the computer. There also was no disk for driver included. Very disappointed. All my other HP products always came with a manual and disk.

The setup was very confusing and took a while to figure out if you're trying to set up using a PC (it doesn't come with the USB cable you need for set up). Setting it up using my mobile phone was somewhat easier. The printer comes with very little documentation about setup. Aside from setup, my gripe is the quality of the scanner. It often captures black edges around the page that you have to crop out and you often have to correct the alignment of the page. However, it's fairly easy to correct for those issues in the app.

If you are not tech savvy, it can be difficult to set it up with your computer and a bit difficult getting used to the buttons and small display screen. On the plus side, customer service was super at remotely helping me get both of our laptops set up and set up the instand ink account.

I tried various install methods, as well as uninstalling HP Smart and starting again from scratch. Finally, I got the printer to connect to my computer via USB cable, which I am fine with; all I wanted was a functioning printer/scanner at a great price(which it was!)

Then I finally got the WiFi to cooperate and it then did print, but moved like a turtle. Copying an already printed sheet goes very well. Only reason I purchased was my old HP printer began jamming paper and I was unabke to correct the issue. On line assistance was not helpful either because you no longer make the printer I had been using. Sadly I have 2 unopened HP 60 cartridge XL black)t hat now are of no use because when researching new printers I could not find any other hP printers that used 60's :(

The only thing I would suggest is that HP put a small slide-out arm/tray to assist in lining up/holding a page as you place it in the slot for copying or scanning. Other than that I am very happy I purchased this. Very nice looking--nice and compact--does everything very well.

There is always some issue or error: printer offline, error printing documents, must install (and reinstall again and again) printer driver to print, the list goes on. I've tried from my laptop and my desktop and the issues are the same. Furthermore, with all of the documents I haven't been able to print, I've had to replace the ink cartridges twice. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

However, I couldn't figure out how to accomplish that. Setting it for wireless use was easy. For the price I think it's a fine printer. There must be a shortage of other new printers in my price range but this one was available. A nice plus is that it is small and fits on my desk very well.

We bought this for my wife's 87 year old mother and she mostly scans so this is not the best printer for her as she just can't get the paper in straight.

This time, however, getting the printer set up was a frustrating experience. There were instructions on the set up web site, instructions in the 'print and scan doctor', and various instructions that needed to be printed by pressing or holding down various buttons on the touchpad- sometimes simultaneously. The instructions were unclear and frequently contradicted each other. I finally think I have it set up on WIFI, but I may continue to have issues. I thought I had it done 2x before.

I had a great deal of trouble establishing connectivity with the printer's own wireless network. It still doesn't work very well, but the worst was after I downloaded and installed the software to my computer, I got a pop-up message asking me to register my printer. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone and on chat line and NINE agents, number 9 agent finally told me that my printer came registered. That I was NOT happy about.

I finally just added a printer on my desktop and I continuously receive an offline message even though it occasionally prints. Have not had a free hour to troubleshoot the entire setup, but was disappointed because most HP products setup quite quickly

The only suggestion/ advice... during set up it wasn't clear that if you want both direct wired or WIFI wireless print functionality, you need to run set up on your devices twice (once for each modality). Took us awhile to discover that as it wasn't clear in the setup instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too many problems The printer cuts off the bottom of every page regardless of the dozens of troubleshooting steps I take. It also doesn't recognize print jobs sent to it whether wireless or connected via the USB.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! Bought this cute little thing to replace a large old printer that was nearing its end. We are retired seniors and were terrified to set this up. It couldn't have been easier and the wireless connection went well. Have made a few copies and we're still on the setup cartridges. The black and white, as well as color were clear and crisp. We did not expect such clear quality in this tiny machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and fully featured! I bought This printer for my home office to save space but still be able to do everything I need to do for work. i love it! Not only can I print wirelessly, but I can also email to print which was an awesome feature I used to print something (when I was not at home) really quick. I got home and my paper was printed and ready for me! I love this little printer. It's very powerful. The ink doesn't smear and the print looks like it's good quality. Overall a great product and a great purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FRUSTRATING I bought this printer right before the semester. The times I have used it are the worst, most frustrating experience of the day. I hate this printer, it is so complicated to print out a report and does not come with much help. Have searched over and over how to use it and at this point I'm so frustrated, I'm so disappointed and mad I bought this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love printer It was a little complex with wireless setup but in all i was able to use USB cords to hookup and it works fantastically. It doesn't take up space and is exactly same size as last HP 1500 Deskjet printer, so a well worked replacement and it looks cooler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slowest Printer Ever! I just bought this printer a few days ago and today was the first time I printed something that was 3 pages long. This is the slowest printer that I have ever had or seen! Imagine the frustration of having to print a 10 page essay in the future!? I decided to time how long it took to print one page today and it took 4 minutes and 34 seconds to print one page. You know how annoying that is. Highly don't recommend unless you don't mind waiting half a century to print something out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Prints Correctly Besides the fact if feels very cheap, it prints everything blurry. The quality is so poor it isnt even worth having. I would definitley spend more and get more for your money. Not impressed. I have changed all the settings and tried different paper and still everything is a tiny bit blurry. Jut poor poor quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Biggest Pile of Garbage Ever Made After spending about 4 hours attempting to get this piece of garbage hooked up to my laptop, the printer absolutely refused to connect to anything, phones, different computers you name it. It continued to print out directions to use it and that was about it. Finally got it to print something and then it went back to not working. Got the pleasure of a 1.5 hour phone call to support, yes an hour an a half for even a professional to get it set up. They finally got it hooked back up to working. Printed 30 pages out. Next morning I go to use the junk and print out 10 more pages, well it printed all in blue (when it was supposed to be black) and only printed about 1/2 to 1/3rd of the content on the pages. After this it now pretends to be printing and literally nothing comes out of the printer. Not even faded ink or anything else. But hey it still copies in a light blue color, even when the color setting is on. No warnings of low ink (course at not even 50 pages...why would it already be out of ink...). Now that I have spent about 10 hours trying to get a brand new printer to function, Im thinking maybe a trip to the store to buy a baseball bat would be the only use this piece of junk would be useful for is smashing it to small pieces. I would never in my life recommend this product to anyone for any use. I don't ever write product reviews but felt this one deserved a review. Seriously do not buy this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great at first... wont work anymore I bought this printer about 8 months ago and it was very easy to set up and compact enough to fit on my dresser. I only used it a couple times a month but then the printing got all messed up. The ink would fade out on the page in random places even when the ink was 90% full. I moved last month and ever since then my printer will not connect to the internet. I’ve tried everything I could find online to try - restarting router, restarting printer, etc. and the printer is still useless to me... I’m a student and a printer is kinda important to have and money is tight so I’m not happy.

HOWEVER, my husband installed the printer first, using the enclosed CD, and it takes about 5 minutes (literally) to print a single page. Having observed his experience, I simply connected the printer via our network, without installing the software and it works just fine. I did not uninstall our previous HP printer, and evidently the drivers for that one works perfectly well for this model.

I still love my Envy 5055 best. The back tray on this 3755 for the paper was clumbsy to pull up. I needed a flat tray instead. I returned this product

Your virtual assistant was not helpful and I tried a number of times. When I was finally on hold to talk to a technician, the call was disconnected. This is my first HP printer and so far I’m just frustrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay but not reliable I bought this printer a few months ago and I can't tell why it doesn't work half the time. Sometimes it takes forever to print and sometimes it doesn't print at all. Frequently when it does print the alignment will be way off. The HP Smart app that I installed on my computer isn't the best and kept crashing when I first set it up. One of the most frustrating things in the world is when you desperately need to print something and your printer starts acting up. I would suggest buying a nicer printer that is more reliable and will actually work when you need it to.

It will not hook up to my wireless network after trying several times and restarting the printer, and my network. I purchased a special cord so the printer could plug into my macbook directly AND IT STILL WONT PRINT. I would not buy this printer or recommend it to anyone that I know.
