I was not so lucky....
I bought the 58" version of the WorkFit electric sit stand desk. It came in 2 packages (one for the desk and one for the legs). The package for the legs came in secured but unfortunately, the desk part arrived badly damaged that the rear cable management tray got sheared off from the desk and wood chips were all over the place and it turned out that there were no protective materials securing it during transit. I contacted customer service but I met the wrong person at the wrong time and just dismissed my claim. I forgot his name because I immediately deleted the email after I received his disrespectful reply in anger (that was a mistake since I could've singled him out here on this review).
Since I bought a damaged desk with a price tag of a thousand dollars, I just decided to fix it myself by drilling new holes for the cable management tray. After assembly, it is working again minus the damaged area.
I'll take off 2 stars for Ergotron not securing the desk properly for shipping and 1 star for that disrespectful customer service representative.
*Don't get me wrong. This desk is solidly built and I like it. I owned 3 mounts before buying this desk and this time I was not so lucky with the experience.

Workfit Table - Review
The build quality of the Workfit is excellent. The desk is stable and rigid at all elevations. The motorization is strong and reliable, and I have only had compliments from my customers to whom I have provided this desk. If you're looking for an ergonomic solution for yourself or your customers that is sure to impress there is no need to look further. This is an excellent solution, and the included dual monitor is a superb complement and equally high-quality solution. 5-stars for this product from me with no reservations.
