Rated 5 out of 5 byWHO ME321 from paper jamsI have had numerous XP all in ones before and they have a bad habit of getting into paper jams even when simply changing the ink cartridge when it/s almost out of ink. Also there are really no affordable repair places for me to take it to and the repair costs are more expensive than what the entire printer itself is worth when ya factor in labor, time, parts, etc. If ya don't mind buying a new printer every 8 months, then go ahead and stick with the NP 420 NP 440 OR EVEN THE XP models because they all do the same exact thing.

It was super easy to set up right out of the box, then quickly downloaded the info from the Epson website to connect to wifi. I was printing less than 15 minutes later.

Since I am long-time user of EPSON products, I knew enough to go to the Support Pages and download what I needed. It was incredibly easy! Thanks for your great service!

When I realized what I had, I freaked, thinking this was going to take the Geek Sqad to hook it up. But Gentlemen, this was the easiest and smoothest setup ever. Even for Meee!! Thank you ever so much.

It prints, copies, and scans well as I have done all three with great results! The only complaint I have is the build quality seems a bit plasticky, but it is a low cost printer.

I had the information on my iPhone x and my Windows 10 laptop. Wanting the easiest route I tired sending it to a local office store and having it printed and for some reason it didn't work. Frustrated I purchased this printer and a pack of paper and went home. Setup was easy and in less than a half hour I had all of my stuff printed and ready to go. Printing from y iPhone worked flawlessly, printing from the laptop just as flawlessly. A couple of days later I tested out the email print functionality. To do this I simply forwarded the email (that I had sent to the office store) from my sent folder to my printers new email address. This email contained a Microsoft Word attachment and an Excel spreadsheet attachment. To my amazement the body of the email as well as both attachments printed out perfectly about a minute later. Needless to say my rash purchase of this printer that I initially had no intention of purchasing this or any other printer has been outstanding and useful. I won't be bothering with the office supply store at all anymore.Mike W.
