Not what I expected
These are not very durable. They didn't last a month for my kids. No mute button or volume control.

It works.
The reason I gave it three stars is because, first, the headband is too large for my head and it can't be further adjusted than what it is and, second, because I don't see a label on the headset that states which side is the right and which the left. Not big things but it seems the designer could do a better job.

Very good headset
I bought this headset mainly because it was at a great price. I compare it to my Plantronics it cost three times more and I like the Cyber acoustics AC 204 better. You can’t beat it for the price

Don't Buy It
Completely useless, unable to clearly transmit voice plugged into my phone or my iMac. Don't know what else to say.

No Complaints so far.
Good sound and mic pickup on a budget priced headset. These had everything I wanted, On ear, wired, with mic as earbuds get uncomfortable after a while and clamshell's shut out the world.

If you need a budget headset for work or school this is a great option. It's very lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods and is an improvement over on board audio.

good option if you need an inexpensive headset that is analogue
I work for the state and they do not let me use a USB headset. need an analogue headset to connect to my desktop. The one they issued me was to tight on my head so I found this in-expensive solution - fits great, good audio quality, and people seem to hear me just fine so seems the mic is good as well.

Great wired headset
I had been using a Plantronics and had not been happy with it. I bought the Cyber acoustics AC 204 to give it a try and I’ve been extremely happy with it it’s also really cost-effective so I can buy them for other people in my office

Bought this headset for my son to use for general use and ended up buying another one for me after he used it for a month and loved it. Easy plug and play, sound great and very light and comfortable. Would highly recommend this headset, great value!
