Could not use
Simple could get into the laptop to upgrade the memory. It's a HP brand. Crucial has a tool to help me find the memory but that's no use if you. Ant get into it. Crucial should consider that too.

To have peace of mind: Upgrade RAM using Crucial
I replaced my initial 8GB Micron RAM with a 16GB of No-Brand RAM. Many compatibility issues. Regular blue screens of death and many crashes. I switched to Crucial and finally my problems are solved like with a magic wand. I paid few Euros more, but I have peace of mind. I can make all demonstrations for our products at my customers' without having to be worry about crashes.

Windows 10 was slowing down. This has jazzed it up like crazy. If you are considering upping your RAM. I say go for it. You won't regret it. Crucial is a known trusted vendor. I got what I needed and it fit like a glove.
