In general, the printer and scanner has high-tech and up to date technology for wireless printing from a variety of devices. The set up process requires some effort but once it's done, it's relatively easy to operate the printer, the printing quality is excellent which is expected from Canon. I highly recommend this printer for all printing needs, especially printing pictures which I mainly use it for.

Rated 5 out of 5 bykmorrison from Great printer for personal use!I was able to receive this sample printer for a review of the product and it has been great for me at home personal use! The set up was quick and easy minus some wifi issues (due to my wifi) but after that, it was seamlessly easy to set up. That is not always the case with most printers. I was able to ]connect my computer online through the printer and send documents wirelessly with ease. The printers sleek and crisp black color make it stylish too in any home/apartment as it doesn't look like your typical bulky/bland printer. Overall, this printer has been great so far for all personal use and all the documents come out clean and colorful and it has been great to bring documents from this printer into work. When printing pictures and for using colors, it has been great so far and no complaints! I have recommended this printer already to family and friends and would recommend this to many more!

Rated 5 out of 5 byRoo from Easy to use!I received a Canon Wireless Printer (PIXMA TS6220 in exchange for usage and providing a review. The printer is a little time consuming to set up but once it's done, it's very easy to use. It's wireless, which is nice, I've experienced an "offline" message when my wifi was connected, but only once when using. The print quality is nice but printing is rather slow. Scanning is easy and the quality is also nice. I haven't printed over 25 pages but the printer has cleaned it's heads multiple times. This may be because I turn it on and off between uses. I feel this is a good product for someone who doesn't print often or need multiple pages quickly. The quality is fine and the fact that it's wireless is nice. I do feel that if you turn the printer on and off a lot, it will go through the cleaning phase when it's not necessary. This can impact the ink levels and require replacement more often than needed. So please consider leaving it on to avoid that cleaning cycle. Overall, the printer/scanner has worked fine for me and I am impressed with the quality and ease of use.

It was delivered so that I could review the product and write a review and I incurred no cost. The packaging was good (no damage during shipment) and the printer was easy to remove from the box. The instructions were in a neatly packaged light cardboard holder which I had not seen before and I found very helpful. I purchase printers every year or so for work and for home, and have never purchased a Canon-brand printer. Compared to all other printers I have owned, this printer was smaller, compact, lighter, and took up far less space in my home than my previous 2 year old printer. The space savings is excellent.Though it is compact, there is no loss of functionality from my older printers. It prints, scans, and copies perfectly. The interface flips up as well so you can see it while you are pressing buttons. I have never had a printer with this great feature before. I have always had issues scanning with my older printers. This printer has no problem recognizing what it is scanning and what format the scan should be. I was very pleased by this. Hooking it into the wireless internet was very easy. It took a couple minutes (last time I did this with a different brand it took an hour). The one small issue I had was with the software that installed on my computer. It was named IJ instead of something starting with “Canon” so my computer could not find it to control the scanner from my computer. When I did find it though I enjoyed the software – an upgrade for me from past printer/scanners.

Rated 5 out of 5 byamm from Would be great if it actually printed consistentlyI bought this printer to replace a Pixma I had for several years (and loved. The design of the control panel, which must be up to work, is awkward. The print quality is great, but the problem is the printer constantly stopped working. I frequently got various error messages, which would require me to stop what I was doing and investigate how to clear them. Often the error message wouldn't go away even after the error was fixed, and I'd have to do an unplug-reboot. Now, I received an error message that something is jamming the printer, and despite checking all the places recommended and not finding anything jamming the printer, I can't get the error message to go away. I've had this printer less than a year, and I already need to replace it. I bought this printer because I'm a Canon fan and trusted the quality of their products, but this one missed the mark. I am disappointed.

Save yourself the struggle and buy something better with refillable ink tanks, because this think is the definition of an ink guzzler, and Canon's customer support is suddenly very very bad. I always loved Canon but I don't know what on earth happened.

I typically use a home laser, as I didn't want to deal with photo printing, but the quality and color on this was way beyond what I was expecting. It actually made me want to print more photos out, which is outside the norm. Scan quality was good, the setup was very easy to do for the multiple machines in my house.
