Rated 5 out of 5 byArby from Poor InvestmentI bought the machine one year ago and have had trouble for the last six months with an error message regarding right subtank ink priming. Canon support tells me the problem is the quality of the ink cartridges I am buying (same source as the plotter and that I need to replace the print head, the cartridges and the maintenance tray. Estimated cost of $1000. The cost of a new machine.
