I just worked. What a relief!
I bought a couple of LG 22" LCD monitors (22BK430H-B) to attach to my HP Ultraslim G2 Docking Station which has a single VGA port and a single HP display port. It's a small but crucial detail that the C2G converter has to work! I was so pleased that all I had to do was plug it in, rescan the monitor and everything came on line perfectly. My WFH situation has gotten 100% better thanks to this little converter!!!

Great solution!
It’s made working from home a breeze. To be able to connect my laptop to my tv makes working excel sheets very easy to read. I already had a6ft hdmi cord so to be able to buy the adapter was the easy fix to not wanting to read everything on my laptop monitor. The only thing I’d do differently is purchase their 10ft cord with data tip and hdmi tip where it’s all built in and I can sit on the couch and the cord be long enough to still be connected to the tv.

I would recommend for any laptop with a dispay port
It allows me to use a large flat panel monitor to watch movies stored on my laptop when traveling. Many laptops no longer have a HDMI or VGA output. Mine like many now only have a display port. This is a simple and cheap means to achieve a bridge to HDMI. The item is so small and affordable, that I intend to order another just in case I forget to pack it.

Display port but no HDMI port?
Here is the simple solution, a short cable with the requisite connections. The male display port plug has latching teeth so it won't wiggle loose.
