C-nario Reports module provides a customizable and detailed reports listing of as played items and when they were played delivering comprehensive playback accountability. This is a database application using a Microsoft SQL server technology. The reports include the following information for each item played: Date of playback, Time of playback, Site that the item played in and the item’s Customer as well as other item parameters. The report can be customized according to each of these parameters.
Three different types of reports can be generated; each is designed to serve a specific need as follows:
The Detailed Report includes all of the mentioned parameters for each and every time an item was played.
The Summary Report summarizes a particular items playback over a period of time (hour, day, week or month).
Scheduling reports – reports of what is scheduled to be played, according to channel, group of channels, date, time, Customer or Campaign
The reports can be exported as a CSV file or as HTML page or be read by any other database report software
