I type them on these labels and there we are! The labels are neat, clean and mistakes are corrected before I print them out. It has saved me both time and problems with careless mistake.

When I started my new job recently, the person training me was using individual labels for presentation notebooks. When she left, I discovered these labels in a drawer. I began using them and, oh my - I felt like I had struck gold! These labels are easy to use and boy do they make labeling the presentations quick.

Of course, I use them on letters, but I also label frame mats for photos, temporarily label pot luck bowls, drawer labels everything I can think of I use the clear labels. They always print easily and peel easily. They make the printing look GREAT!!! I often recommend them to customers at my work when they are looking for a too specific label.

Working at a nonprofit means we're always looking at costs, but these labels are worth paying more for! They hold toner well (some labels cause toner to flake off), they are easier to remove from the sheet (the people doing the labeling request the Avery ones because of this) and they don't go yellow like the store brands if they sit in a drawer between mailings. These labels are of excellent quality and are worth anything extra they might cost over store brands.

With three kids and little time this really helps me to keep in touch with family and friends in a fast and easy way! If I had to write the address by hand on every one I doubt it would happen. I also like the clear because they work with all color envelopes and look nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avery Clear Easy Peel labels These labels are wonderful for creating black or colored labels for use on all envelopes. Unlike the white label sheets which seem to handle reuse better, the clear labels you printed need to be removed taking care to keep the sheet intact. When you try to reprint the remaining labels on the sheet you need to carefully reinsert the sheet making sure that it lies flat and the columns have not shifted or the page will buckle as the labels are printed. Once I learned the technique, reuse has not been a problem so that if I only print half a sheet initially, I am then able to repint the other half without a problem.

It's hard to reuse them unless you turn them upside down to print. Other than that they are great for one-time printing jobs with a long list of people.

Just now I opened the new package of labels and printed new ones and they came out really bad. The paper didn't seem to absorb the ink at all. So I had to use a different label size (also Avery) and just cut them by hand. Very disappointed and hopeful that this was just a one-time occurrence.

When money is a little tight 15660 gives me the same, excellent quality for less. The transparency allows me to be creative in placing short messages on envelopes, boxes, or just about anything to give them a crisp finished look. Thank you, Avery!

I even used them to make the cutest favors for the reception. We used frosted glass votive candle holders using the long stemmed red rose with the couples names and wedding date. They were a big hit!

With the clear labels, I just place the label on let the info on the carton show thru. They printed on my laserjet fine.

Easy Peel is great! So much easier to remove individual labels and at the same time not destroy the entire page. These points are not the case for other brands of labels - thank you, Avery!

The "easy to use" template is already available on my word processing program and never had any problems going through our printer. These labels always go on clean and look very proffessional. I would definitely recommend this product to others and I am sre they would also be delighted..

The clear labels do not detrack from the colored scrapbook paper but allows me to fully describe/label the page as I desire. I also use a script font with the clear labels to address my Christmas cards, as it makes them look more personal without aggravating my arthritis.

We printed the same file avery 5160 white labels and it came out perfect. We did head cleaning and a nozzle check on the printer and they still came out smudged on the clear lable (15660). Is there something that we can do to fix this?

I use them for return addresses and mailing addresses each year. It's hard to imagine sending out Christmas cards without them now.

When I used them on an Epson inkjet printer they smeared. However, I still liked the Avery.com site for templates to use with the white labels.

We had colored envelopes, so the clear labels were perfect. Printed everything out on a laser printer. The Avery software made it so easy. We used a beautiful, calligraphic typeface and were able to add one of the wedding "symbols" to the label. Because we already had the names in a spreadsheet, creating labels for each of the different events was a seamless activity. Using these labels and the Avery software saved the bride & groom hundreds of dollars and saved me (the invitation maker and addresser) countless man hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was all fine until I printed my labels I had everything working great with my labels, did the practice run and everything was lined up... then it came out all smeary and unable to be used. Now I have 300 labels that I cannot use. There needs to be a warning or something on the packaging, on the website, or anywhere that says what printer can be used with this product before money, time, and energy is wasted. I guess it is off to the store again to find something else that works so I can finish my project in time.

It makes life easy for the kids that are learning how to spell their friends names without all the tears of not being able to write perfectly as of yet. Plus they were easy enough for the kids to remove from the sheet and put on the gift bag and valentines day cards.

Our company has 3 different logos that we use for separate divisions within the company. Whether sending out Welcome Packages, Bids, or using them on our marketing materials and collateral, I get a professional, polished look. Because we use the three different logos, it's easy to pull a few sheets, print a set of labels and distribute them to those who need them in the company.

My boss didn't want it to look like a sticker so when I presented these to her with several fonts she really liked the fact that you couldn't see the label itself.

I use them for bulk promotional mailings and add a flourishing "cap" letter, or place a printed label over another printed item to give it a "3-D" look. Avery's "Easy Peel" and Clear labels are the best. The "Easy Peel" saves me a lot of time when I have hundreds of post cards or envelope to address and they keep the look clean by blending in the background of my piece. I even add clip art and Logo's to them depending on what I am using them for. I would recommend any of the "Easy Peel" labels not matter how small a job you have to do. "Easy Peel" saves me time and my nails!

I purchased these clear address labels to fix an existing problem that I had when I printed envelopes on a laser printer using our bond paper envelopes. After printing the address on the evelopes I put them through our postage machine which was rubbing the printed address paritally off the envelope. I tried several other methods to solve this issue but I found putting the clear address labels over the printed address protected the address from being rubbed off. My office prints and mails over 300 letters a day so I have started purchasing the labels in larger quantities.

We all love the ease of using the labels, but even better is that when placed on a color envelope they look so much better than a standard white label. Use this product and you can't go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avery #5630 Clear Labels I use these labels every year for our annual Christmas card mass mailing. Since they are clear, they virtually disappear on the envelopes no matter what color the envelopes are. They are easily removed from the sheet and applied to the envelope.

Once they are placed on the envelope, you can't tell that you haven't typed on the envelope itself. I use them for holiday cards, invitations - I've even used them on wedding invitations!!

We code our invoices to be paid and these can be preprinted with coding information so that you don't have to enter information that you use on every invoice each time. It's also nice that it is clear as you can see what's underneath it in case the area is limited where you can place the label. The only con is you can't use gel pens for signatures or other entries on these as it will smear.

I looked over the packaging because I had heard from someone that they needed a laser printer, which I don't have. I didn't see anything at all about it. We tried to use them and the ink kept bleeding, so I looked online for printer troubleshooting and came across this, which says you can only use an inkjet-- THANKS FOR NOT PUTTING THAT ON THE PACKAGING!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Just for Addresses! I love these labels! I have my own business and wanted this size and transparency type label to use for my SKU numbers. This label works like a charm! I absolutely love these labels for my products and I do use them for my addressing too. Why buy so many different labels, when you can find so many uses for one type label that does it all? I use Avery labels in almost all areas of my business. I find when you choose a supply, you are also choosing support and the company behind the product. Avery has not been a disappointment for me at all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear Labels are not just for addresses anymore! I use the 1" x 2 5/8" clear laser labels (and other sizes) to label vials and bottles in the lab. We do HPLC analysis on a variety of tissues. We use 20 ml glass bottles for storage, and small 1 ml vials in the sampler. I use a mail merge document and a spreadsheet to generate the labels. It is so easy! I just peel and stick! NO more hand-writing with a marker that will rub off! They even stick to the glass in the freezer. Even better, I don't have to buy "lab only" labels that are much more expensive. I just wish I had thought of it sooner!

When I know who is coming in advance, I include the name on the tags as I'm printing them up. I also so a sheet or two of the tags with the event design but with the names left blank. For last minute registrations, I print the name up on the clear labels and paste them on the tags. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes an Easy Job Very Frustrating These clear labels are basically okay and they get the job done, but they're very difficult to peel off the sheet after printing! Also, they'll smudge and smear until you let them sit out a while and dry, but I can even deal with that. When i try to peel each label off the sheet, the paper behind it peels off as well and it shouldn't. Then, trying to find the actual label and get it peeled off the paper sheet is very frustrating. I should be able to fly through this project, but it's taking me forever. I have 3 sheets of labels to peel off and stick on flyers and it's taking a huge amount of my work time. Also, if you don't have fingernails, I don't even know how you'd ever get these things peeled off!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks so clean on my envelope I normally use the white paper labels, but my local supplier provided me with a coupon to try these clear labels. I love to save $$$ just like anybody else so I put my coupon to use. (I like the way the labels feel smooth like satin and would look great on special mail like invitations or something - but that's not my line of work.) My label looked great on my manilla mailer. The thin film practically disappears on the paper. I expected the print to rub off of a label like this, but it didn't. The print remains clear and crisp. Also - they didn't come out dingy like my white paper lables sometimes do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Address Labels I have never use address labels for my regular mail. I used them this time to mail christmas cards to Mexico and it was asolutely fantastic. It was at first kind of scary to set the measurements since I never done it before however the instructions were easy to follow and the result was fantastic I actually put some christmas items in the labels that was the final touch to a very nice christmas post card. I would highly recomend this product and I will continue to use it in the future since I been using it all the time after that time and it gives a very nice plus to my mail.

Everyone thought the logo was printed on the glass! It was a great party favor and big savings over custom printed glass. I have found that Avery products have a wide range of uses; not just your typical office use!

Happily, I just used them again for her baby shower and she used them for thank you cards from my future granddaughter. They are so easy to use with our printer anyone can do it. So easy to peel and apply to the envelope. The template on the Avery website is easy to understand and use. I will definitely use this product again and recommend it to anyone who is in need of labels.

I don't remember when they first "came to be", but I cannot remember not using and continually finding myself reaching for them to assist in my various tasks and projects. When used as a traditional address label they add a touch of class to the finished mailing product. but they have served as an invaluable aid in my world of art. Whether I used them as information tagging of art, such as title and artist when on display in the gallery, to contact information on the backs of original hand painted cards to my own and other artists paintings these labels never failed me. Along with the compliments I receive pertaining to my artwork, too numerous to menion were the positive statements regarding the innovative use of the Avery Clear Labels. Avery "Clear" Labels added a new dimension to My World Of Color.....!

Was looking for a sewing design could locate one. Perhaps Microsoft Office might have some templates. When using laser labels print came out blurry please tell me Why I love using Avery products, shipping etc., Make my life a lot easier using Avery products. Used different design 2nd page perfect. These labels effectively disappear on most stationery, so a classy envelope with a fancy font on the label, and it looks like you have had classy printing with minimal expense.

I not only use these labels for mailing. I do a considerable amount of research and keep track of much it with these labels. After printing my research on a label, I place it in my reference material where the topic is considered. Because the labels are completely clear, I can place them anywhere! The labels are also very easy to use. The template from Avery works perfectly with Microsoft Word, and Open Office Writer, both of which I use. You will not be disappointed in whatever application you decide to use Avery labels.

We use them EVERY Christmas...100 or so. Just had a "college graduate"...used them for graduation invitations, RSPV's, etc. Had a "high school graduate" two years ago..SAME thing! Use a nice script front, and they more than make up for (my) especially bad left-handed penmanship. In addition, they are easy to peel, and they stick TIGHT! Mess up a few? Just load up another sheet and use the template...makes it easy to print "just one or two". Thanks AVERY!

When run through=my HP Printer, the font did not print true to the preview, smudged, and looked blotchy. When printed on a glossy label or white label the results were true to preview. Total waste of time and money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I love these for how great they look on the envelopes and brochures without the labels showing. They are one of my favorite labels to use. Be sure and use the laser ones if you have a laser printer though. Try them you will like them!
