Don't Work
Can't hear anything. Plugged in and out but they are not working at all. These are brand new so perhaps this one is defective?

Always get what you expect with apple
The sound is crisp. They're unbelievably easy on my ears considering they're hard plastic. The microphone works perfectly -- clear sound from me and removes a lot of background noise.

Great portable set of earphones
Lots of conference calls are scheduled at my company on a daily basis through video conferencing, these headphones are great for on the go to ensure I can take a call without distracting coworkers sitting around me. Would definitely purchase again.
